From the moment we arrived, everything at Hotel X Toronto was excellent. Ben warmly welcomed us, helped with our luggage, and made a great first impression. Our room was clean, spacious, and had a stunning view. All the staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was reasonably priced with great service. The rooftop pool was a highlight, clean, well-organized, and offering a beautiful view of the CN Tower. At Roses Social, Star and Maria were fantastic, friendly, engaging, and made us feel truly welcomed. Star added a special touch that made the experience even more memorable. A big thank you to Dragan, the manager, who was professional, kind, and gave us great local tips for sightseeing. Only small note: the valet staff could be more warm and welcoming to match the rest of the team. Overall, an outstanding experience. Hotel X fully deserves a 5-star rating, we can’t wait to return!

We stayed for a friends birthday and right upon entering felt like queens. We received and upgraded room and champagne and cake waiting there for us. The front desk greeters were kind and helpful, gave us a glass of champagne to take with us up to the room. And help was only a text away if we needed. The room was dark and quiet at night. Everything was clean. Beds were super comfy. And the heated floors in the bathroom was icing on the cake. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Toronto.

The Elm Restaurant, very large, is available for breakfast, lunch and dinner, which is very practical. Deli stays open until from 6 a.m. until 11 p.m. with options to go. Great location, close to Eaton mall.

We had such a great stay!

We had such a great stay! The suite was clean, modern, and had everything we needed for our family of six. The floor-to-ceiling windows and the CN Tower views were absolutely stunning, especially at night. The location was perfect too, we could easily walk to the CN Tower and the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. Everything about our stay was comfortable and hassle-free. We’d definitely stay here again!

I enjoyed and I am pleased during my vacation in Mississauga. The enviroment were clean though there is slight traffic due to the construction of the rail roads. Bus drivers were very polite, and the staffs at the bus terminal in square one were very helpful. For sure i want to visit Canada again and again..😂😂😍 Niagara falls is amazing, worthy to visit of all tourist.. I think Mandarin is the best place to eat..

We arrived to this place and we knew that there’s something wrong and then when we got inside the place is so CREEPY!! and we left right away after few minutes arriving and we never comeback again The place is disgusted and disappointment not recommended looks like MURDERER PLACE!!!! ive never been in my life I HAD THE TRUAMA TO THIS PLACE smells stinky everywhere the bed the blanket the pillow everything is so stinky we never think twice to stay to this place and we booking again another place to go the picture in the website is not the one in person i hope somebody would check this place to turndown the renting owner!!!!

I love Thornhill!

I love Thornhill! It is a great place to relax and have a nice time to enjoy nature walks, cozy cafes and restaurants with delicious and international cuisine. Safe and wonderful place in Greater Toronto area.

Toronto is a very busy city but still caters for tourists...

Toronto is a very busy city but still caters for tourists especially around the CN Tower and at the harbour front. Centre Islsnd is also worth a visit. Loads to do if your looking for that kind of holiday. The CN Towre is fantastic.

The area we stayed in was convenient for the airport, late...

The area we stayed in was convenient for the airport, late arrival and departure. It was quite industrial with many airline or aviation related companies based there. We didn't walk much of the area but did find a few eateries closeby, including an excellent "Keg steakhouse", 5 minutes drive away on Airport Road. As we only had two one night stops, we didn't see all Mississauga had to offer. There are good transport links in the area with a bus stop right outside the hotel and the UP Express train from the airport taking you in to Downtown Toronto.

Brampton seems like a pleasant place.

Brampton seems like a pleasant place. The bus service is regular and there is a GO Train station. It is convenient to Toronto,Mississauga and even driveable to Niagara Falls. Brampton is clean and well kept.

I am dissatisfaction extremely , the bath no shampoo no conditioner .the personel in front desk has not provide complete information . the wifi not working in room the last one i undrestood 2 times charges deducted my account its awful service , i check out july 13 and now july 16 deducted hotel charges yesterday night when i call no explantion . what are you doing with such services ............

A vibrant city but not much to do in Toronto that needed 3 days unless watching baseball. St. Lawrence Market closed on a Monday and the shopping Mall was nothing special compared to London Westfields. Went to CN tower and had a meal which was lovely and the 360 sights amazing but I have had better service. lots of food outlets so varied choice. Didnt do High Park to be fair.

Mississauga is a clean, modern, and very convenient city. We enjoyed how organized and peaceful it felt, with great access to restaurants, shopping, and nearby attractions. Its location close to Toronto and the airport made everything very practical during our stay.
