The best cabins we have stayed in, in Canada. Very well equipped, beautiful views of the sunset, and Chris was amazing, very helpful in pointing out the best things to see and do. I have travelled to over 30 countries, in the Americas, Europe, Middle East, Africa, South East and East Asia, and I can highly recommend The Fish Sheds as one of the best.

There were great scenic views and had all the amenities...

There were great scenic views and had all the amenities that were needed. We ate at the Buoy and arrow and the fisherman’s landing which had super kind staff and great food. The ice cream at Sweet rock was delicious and it was a nice little ice cream store. Overall Rocky Point is a great place to go to !!

Norris Point is at one end of Gros Morne National Park.

Norris Point is at one end of Gros Morne National Park. It is about a 1 hour drive from the Tablelands, but otherwise is close to lots of great views and trails. There are good restaurant options nearby.

Wonderful location on the Bay, superb restaurants (particularly the Old Loft) and close to some lovely points in Gros Morne National Park, including the Tablelands, and the wonderful park Discovery Center.

Pretty town friendly people. Super clean and tidy. Nice beach. Local church was having Lobster Dinner so we had a little local friendly fare. Laundry in town. Good amenities around. Easy driving. Ate and stayed at Shallow Bay. Lovely and nice food. On the beach. Good sized quiet clean rooms

The town is beautiful.

The town is beautiful. We just weren't happy with our stay at Middle Brook Cottages and Chalets. The wifi was terrible. The cottage was small. It really isn't the town that we are disappointed in. The scenery was beautiful. I think if I had stayed somewhere else, I would have enjoyed it much more. We did a little hike up to the falls.

We took the boat tour.

We took the boat tour. Make sure you give yourself plenty of time to get there. We paid the $10.00 each for the golf cart to take us both ways as it is quite the walk. 2 of the people in our group had walkers and there was no problem. We were first in line for the boat so we're able to go on the right boat as there were 2.

Rocky Harbour was a delightful village with lots on offer. The sunsets were magnificent to watch from the shore. The closeness to the National Park is a bonus. It’s central to many activities in the park. It was reasonably flat so nice for a walk around town.

Gros Morne Park is specularly beautiful.

Gros Morne Park is specularly beautiful. The mountains are glorious, the lakes beautiful. Norris Point is a small village with several accommodations & a couple of pubs. It’s just a few minutes from Rocky Harbour, about 25 minutes from Western Brook Pond where you can take a wonderful guided boat ride through breath taking ancient mountains. Trails abound throughout the region. Driving along 430 provides so many jaw dropping vistas. An outdoor persons heaven.

Spectacular seaside view of fjord harbour inlet abd of the mountain side Are at the merchant abd the triple t fish factory backside cafe -had a fresh lobster roll Went hiking in the tablelands and trout river abd took a boat of of Bonne bay And learned the history if the region

It isn't promoted enough. Everything we needed was there. The close by beach is breathtaking. The boat tour at Western Brook Pond is nothing short of amazing. Beautiful spot. Regret not having a longer stay!
