The location is super! Walking distance from everything, plus you get free bus ride in Locarno and Ascona and the bus station is very close to the hotel. The breakfast was great and the roomis very big.

Very friendly staff and good breakfast

The hotel was very inviting with a beautiful garden, lots of plants, palm trees and a stunning view of the lake. The rooms were spacious and the balcony was great. The vegan breakfast was wonderful. There were many options, salty and sweet. The breakfast on Sunday had even more options and included a homemade cake and some warm options. The owners were very nice. We will be back!

Everything was really nice: the room, bed, shower. Very clean. Well planned room organization and amazing cost-quality ratio. There was no noise from the street or train station due to good sound isolation. Very friendly and helpful stuff and easy check-in out of reception working hours. We enjoyed our stay in Locarno a lot.

The hotel (actually a charming villa) was in a prime location, close to all the major attractions. The lady at the reception 🥰🥰🥰 was very friendly, welcomed us with complimentary chocolates. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. The room was beyond comfortable, spotless and spacious, with elegant décor. Breakfast was a feast, with a wide variety of delicious options. Great restaurants and train station within walking distance. Ability to store your luggage after check-out. Staff were very helpful and confirmed the reservation with us on the day of check-in. The hotel is close to the train station, though one needs to walk uphill. The room was clean and spacious, and equipped with large wardrobe, slippers, and the view was great. On the day of check-out we were able to leave the luggage at the front desk to explore the city.

Everything was fine. The staff was very helpful..public transport and market very close It was free public transport from the hotel - which was a good deal. The breakfast could be improved.

Our host who checked us in was wonderful. He was patient, explained everything perfectly and helped us see cool things in the city. What a great fellow !
