The location was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable.

My family had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn! We were on a cycling holiday and the hotel accomodated our bikes easily, the check-in was flawless. The service was very friendly and the room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff helped us store our bikes + bags the next day so we could hike the Church and Castle, they even helped us clean up when my dad accidentally spilled an entire bottle of sparking water in the reception. Every single person on the staff was so friendly and helpful! This is the level of service you expect from a top tier hotel. Thank you for accomodating this group of American cyclists!

Chalet Royal is truly an amazing place with outstanding staff professionalism. Either for ski or leasure purposes, it will stay on my top list.

Stunning views on the glacier, incredibly nice and friendly staff (hello, Julia!) - amazing four-leg furry friend being part of the Team. Food in the restaurant is exceptional, location of the hotel on the trail nr 6, fantastic massages, historic and well-maintained hotel. We had a rest day on our 10-day hike there, I could not imagine a better and more friendly place.

Terrific view, modern and cozy but small rooms. Mountain chic furnished bar and lobby. The large outdoor pool was magnificent, but there were too many people there from Dec 29-Jan 05. Sports shop with reasonable price right next door.

Great location and price. We did have a shared bathroom but never had to wait in line for it.

Hôtel Éden was a little gem. The owners are gracious and welcoming. The food was the best we had eaten in the three weeks we had already spent in Europe. Comfortable beds, great shower. The rooms had the charm of old style hotels.

We had a great view of the mountains across the valley. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The location of the hotel was very central but still quiet. We were also given free vouchers for the swimming pool at the Anzeré Spa across the road. Anzeré ia rhe great place for families. We will definitely come back to this hotel :)

Good location for the traveler via car or bicycle. Right on the road, close to bike lanes. Rooms and bathrooms are ample. The beds, sheets, and linens are good ,clean and comfortable.

Everything: nice location with Matterhorn views, exceptionally cleanliness everywhere, tasty breakfasts, and amazing stuff - the lady shared with me a lot of hidden gems around Zermatt to visit. And SPA is the best thing after all day hiking and climbing. I was so amazed with the hotel that broke my own rule and booked the same hotel twice 😍

Located in the middle of town, very accessible, and the bus stops right in front. There is a bar across the hotel which is a bonus. An old hotel with a lot of history. The rooms are comfortable with clean bathrooms. The breakfast is however, simple. Considering the location, and limited options, it was a great place to stay as I was doing the Haute Route trail. Within a 3 minute walk from each of the 3 restaurants in town, it was convenient.
