The air conditioning worked well. The room was big, and the bathroom was decent. The boy at the front desk was nice. It was just a bit difficult because I don't wish much Spanish, and I didn't get any information when I arrived, only once I asked.

Great attentive staff abd amenities.. Excellent location with world class entertainment attractions within walking distance..Kenia was the best hostess I've ever encountered in all my years of travelling...Promote her to Exclusive Manager Now!!!!

the amenites were poor The toiler didn't work. I found an old soap in the bathroom and some issues with the AC in one of the rooms.

My stay was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helped me with everything. The facilities are very nice and clean and the restaurant service is very good. It is very close to the airport.

Great place at amazing value. Near a shopping center, compare it to a motel 6 colombian style. The staff go above and beyond in a peaceful neighborhood "el limonar " right next to a corner store and a restaurant. For the value about 18 dollars a night. Definitely the place to stay when on a budget. I travel to the cattle fair and is literally down the street from where they have the exposition and fair. I would recommend it to American people trying to gry a feel of authenticity of what Latin America is affordable friendly and great location

Nice facilty, excellent location, close to everything. Beautiful view of the river. Unique, fun and very reliable transportation (Planchon) riverboat crossing.

Front desk, Great AC, strong WiFi, cold drinks for sale in lobby, complimentary coffee and tea in lobby. No strong scented detergent smells in bed and bath linens. Great pillows.
