Convenient location and amazing buffet meals

The city view from the balcony (13th floor) was fantastic. I also really enjoyed the easy access to the thermal pools and sauna world, as well as the two additional saunas and pool on the -2 floor of the main building, which were almost always empty. Breakfast offered a wide variety of foods. The location is excellent, with hiking trails nearby and spectacular nature all around.

We arrived at the hotel quite late, and although the staff member on duty didn’t speak English, he was still very helpful and managed to assist us efficiently. He kindly provided us with a room without any issues. The room was spacious, very clean, and extremely comfortable — it had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We also enjoyed the breakfast the next morning, which was delicious and offered a good variety. Overall, we were pleasantly surprised by the high quality of service and accommodation, especially considering the very reasonable price.

This was an amazing experience for our family with 2 kids. Absolutely wonderful time spent together, away from "civilization". The hotel is truly a castle with everything made to enjoy the stay. Hotel staff are amazing and welcoming, always ready to help with any request. I cannot name anyone because all of them were super nice - ladies at the reception, technicians/yard cleaners, rooms cleaners, restaurant staff, spa staff - literally everybody. Food was very fresh and delicious. Spa services are at high standard and very affordable. Wi-Fi is stable and high speed. And a note to all guests coming by cars during winter time - bring snow-chains (it requires just 5min to put them), there is about final 5-7km when it is highly recommended to use to feel safe and stressless.

Good location, clean and quiet

The hotel is right in the center, everything was within couple minutes of walking. The staff was nice and the breakfast was great.

We had excellent breakfasts and were treated very well. Hana was excellent at the front desk and responded appropriately to all of our requests.

Good location to explore the town. It’s short walk downhill to town but on the way back is quite a walk up hill 😂 We had a nice stay at the hotel. Plenty of parking space!

This place is very very special. the food was amazing. the building is amazing... the town is amazing. amazing spa and massage. go here now. the staff are top Notch, the chef is wold class.

The room was great! The bed was very comfortable and I was able to adjust the temperature to my liking. The bathroom was outside my room but it wasn’t inconvenient at all. The bathroom was spacious.

Nice classic comfortable spa hotel overlooking Marianske Lazne (if you're on the front side of the hotel, otherwise you'll be in the forest). Super very friendly staff, accommodating even if your German is quite limited. The café is quite nice as well, private parking is sweet and the swimming pool allows for actual swimming. IPrice/quality very ok for one of Czech Republic's classical spa cities close to the German border

The staff was so helpful and friendly, the location was perfect, and the view was incredible.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, with a hot water pot for coffee / tea and a mini fridge. When you walk into the room it was a HUGE space with French doors leading out to a small veranda overlooking the downtown area. Breakfast in the mornings is wonderful and VERY Impressive with, Meats, Eggs, Cheeses, Pastries, Fruits, Breads, and a verity of coffee types. This was First Class all the way! Check in was a breeze! At first it was kind of hard to find the parking lot, but the gentleman stayed on the phone with me and give me turn by turn direction. SUPER NICE PEOPLE!

Very good hotel, simply as that.

We stayed at the Carlsbad Inn for a weekend, and the experience was great. The service was excellent, and we were able to enjoy some of the hotel's conveniences, such as renting a nearby tennis court and using the on-site car charging station. It turned out to be very convenient, and the hotel met all our expectations. We had a very pleasant stay.
