I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is excellent, and the hotel itself is very clean and quiet — perfect for a relaxing stay. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, and their professionalism added to the overall comfort of the visit. One standout feature was the breakfast — truly one of the best I’ve had, even compared to some 5-star hotels. The variety and quality were outstanding. Unfortunately, the swimming pool was quite cold, and I ended up feeling a bit unwell afterward. It would be great if the water temperature could be improved for future guests. Nonetheless, it was a very good stay, and I would definitely consider returning.

I like that the staff were very kind and respectful. They made sure I knew where the parking garage was. Also I love the breakfast, definitely was good. Also they made sure to provide how to take transportation around the city.

Charming and located just outside the city walls. Great breakfast spread. Pet-friendly too! Excellent food and service at the restaurant.

Location, location, location. A bright new hotel just few meters away outside the main station. Staff are helpful from check-in to check-out. Design is modern and has a very good vibe. Breakfast is located at the 13th floor overlooking all sides of the city. We appreciate very much the help and attention given by Ms. Tina during breakfast. We highly recommend this hotel to anybody travelling to Nurnberg.

Very nice and cozy old-school hotel with live friendly staff at the reception :) Rooms are spacious and warm, equipped by old wood beautiful furniture, work desk, night curtains, comfy bad. Kettle and tea in my room was a nice surprise. Room has a small corridor with an additional door, which allows you not to hear other guests returning late. Located in 5 mins from amazing castle Keiserburg and old town.

All of the staff was exceptional

The place is located just around the train station, 5 minute walk perhaps. The room was very well equipped. We didnt use any of the food services so no comment there.

The third bed was a real bed and separated by a partition, the room was very spacious. The hotel is very close to the city center.

The location was a 15 min walk from everything including the hbf. The staff were very friendly and provided such a great atmosphere. The bar had great drinks for great prices
