The staff were very friendly and helpful, welcoming and kind. The pool was amazing and the setting around the pool wonderful with trees and chairs and all. The restaurant looked nice but we didn't eat there. Our room faced the pool which was lovely only noisy a bit when some of the other guests got rowdy. Some of the rooms face the street so they might be noisier since it's a busy street.

Super friendly staff who spoke several languages, were always cheerful and quick to help when needed. Surprisingly they had an excellent selection of tequila which made my stay quite comfortable! The view from the roof top patio is amazing.

As someone who work in hotels for the last 5 years, boutique hotels and 5 stars hotels. I got to say I’m surprised! The food was surprisingly very good!!!! In the buffet and in the restaurants of the hotel. All of the staff are very kind, nice and helpful I want to thank to everyone and especially darliana and heury from guest service who took care of everything I asked for. Ronal from the front desk who helped me to get my medications on time with pleasure and a big smile! Also drabi, Alejandro, aldo and the rest of the front desk staff who was always helpful and with a big smile. Camili and margarita from housekeeping who were so nice and adorable:) Jose and Francisco from the itailian restaurant, and Juan from the French restaurant - serve with a smile and small talks which is very important. And the one and only - my favorite - Alfred Bautista :) Keeps the energy high in the sky Always here to help with a smile Thank you all for making my time in the DR unforgettable!!! I will be back soon. I promise ♥️

The rooms were spacious , we got a free upgrade that allowed us to use the premier club restaurants , lounges and concierge . It was fantastic! The service was outstanding. All the employees were very helpful and made our stay amazing . There was a big variety of food on the buffet . The food was ok . The beach was clean with heaps of beach beds and the water was stunning ! The room was always clean the cleaning staff were always checking on us if we needed anything .

Place very welll equipped and very tide up. kitchen had all basic tools to prepare meals. The condo is really well maintained and the atmosphere very relaxing. The swimming pools are great and very clean! You may need a car to go to the nearby beaches and also go to the nearby big supermarket in LA Romana ( 20 min by car) to get supplies for your stay before reaching the property, as the little markets around only offer the very basic.

Everything was excellent. Really close to the beach. The villa and beach club were amazing. However the best part was the host. Not only he responds really fast he finds you accomodations lilke a crib if you have babies etc.. We left a stroller behing and he went out of bid way to send it to us.

Beautiful location and very well kept facilities. The courtyard looks like a park with peacocks, cocoa trees and lots of greenery. Our room had a good size. The beach was clean and there were plenty of sun loungers available. The bar was decent. The food was good in all the restaurants we tried.

A relaxed beach town, and major step-off point for trips to Saona Island. The place is buzzing at the start and end of the day when island trips depart and return, but otherwise it's relaxed and friendly. Plenty of places to eat and drink at night. Overall, far more liberty to wander and take trips than if you're stuck at a resort :-)

The food was plentiful, good variety and the buffet was kept very clean. The pool was large and accessible to the handicapped. There were plenty of lounge chairs, but it could use regular chairs for seniors or disabled persons with limited mobility.

The plase is nice and cozy .The beach is nice washed by the Caribbean Sea, but we were not lucky, there were big waves and some grass. The beach is coral so it is very inconvenient to go into the water with a wave

It's a quaint little town.

It's a quaint little town. All the restaurants are Italian or pizzerias. They were fair to good. The stores are interesting. It is a small village. We enjoyed exploring it, but there's not a huge amount there besides the souvenir shops, a few clothing stores, a few bars, a few coffee shops, and a few restaurants.

The weather, beach and tranquility were amazing.

The weather, beach and tranquility were amazing. Its about 1 hour 10 mins from Punta Cana airport. We stayed at Bahia Principe Escape La Romana. I highly recommend it. Only downfall is the sea water has a lot of jellyfish. Everybody that goes into water got stung. Simple fix is the lifeguards has vinegar and that helps a lot.

Very nice environment, we were in an apartment, which is located together in the hotel area. It is possible to use all services for payment in hotels. It is close to the swimming pools and three of them are filled with sea water. The fourth is freshwater. Nice umbrellas, a sufficient number of sunbeds on a sandy base. Since the hotel is on a rock, there is no classic sandy beach and the entrance to the sea is via stairs. However, this does not detract from the attractiveness. Parking outside the building is charged 24 hours a day.

The hotel was affordable and clean, and the breakfast was good. However, when getting around, avoid taking a taxi arranged by the front desk—Uber is much cheaper. The front desk also suggested we go to the mall for dinner and made it sound like it was the only option, but the mall didn’t have any good food. We ended up taking an Uber to the beach instead, which worked out much better.
