We had a baby and a dog in our party of 3 rooms. All were welcomed and friendly treated. We also enjoyed the water spa. We (sponsors of family:) for a room on the 4rh floor with balcony, viewing the pine trees and city - we talked how nice this room would be to revisit in the summer. Also despite the Easter holidays, rooms were cleaned and we received new towels etc every day. Ah and the breakfast was fantastic!

They are very welcoming for the fluffy family members! Our Kaapo got a little welcome gift bag, and the hotel room had instructions for local vets, parks, etc. The location is great and the airco works well.

Yöpuu is a kind of dream place for me. I have been there once earlier, in the midst of a heavy work task and everything was great even then. This time I knew what to expect - and your hotel exceeded all the expectations. Thank you so much.

The location is great. The view of the lake is beautiful.The hotel offers a lot of activities, including lakeside sauna, paddle boarding, boating, and biking, all very reasonably priced. The host and hostess, Aki and Marjut, are very friendly and accommodating. My daughter caught a fish in the lake and they went out of their way to grill it for us.

Breakfast had so many delicious options, healthy and fresh. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is right in the middle of the city, but it's very quiet at night even if your window is on the street side. You can reach the hotel from the parking garage of the shopping mall next to it.

Helpful, friendly staff, nice atmosphere

The staff was so friendly! The front desk helped us with so many questions. The staff and breakfast and the cleaning staff in the hall were all very warm and friendly. The hotel had all of the amenities that we needed. My family went on a bike ride with the hotel bikes and enjoyed the sauna which was fun. It is in an excellent spot for visitng the main part of town or the lake near the trains.

I really liked this hotel. We were travelling as a group of friends attending the festival in Jyvaskyla and hotel provided perfect base for our activities. - Rooms were comfortable, location not far from train station, breakfast with big variety and tasty and staff was polite. Most probably will stay here again.

The in-room sauna was an amazing feature. The staff was very friendly and accommodating of my trip needs. Would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Jyvaskyla!

Breakfast was excellent. It has everything for all the different tastes and requirements. The breakfast beats the bigger chains breakfast offering.

Awesome hotel! Its as simple as that. Cozy, modern and well eqiupped rooms rigth next to the ski lifts.

Everything went smoothly, this is a very good place to stay! Beds gave very good sleep and the atmosphere were good.

A cozy bed and breakfast in Joutsa ran by a local couple. The rooms share a common use shower and bathrooms, sauna is also available and recommended. The hosts are super friendly and helpful, they also prepare a true home made breakfast in the morning (and it is very very tasty).
