United StatesThe location, pool, steam room, and beds were all fantastic! The front desk staff was exceedingly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The shuttle to Disneyland was on time, and the driver was super nice. Our kids really loved the pool and game room. I do wish there was an actual hot tub as the kids got a bit chilly but it’s insignificant considering all the other amenities. All in all, we would absolutely stay here again!

Excellent location, spacious room fitted with everything you would need for a self catering apartment (crockery, utensils, Stove, fridge, heater, heated towel rail, hairdryers, wifi etc) Its like a small apartment not a room. Its spacious, I had both a bath and a shower and a lovely view. The staff were great, the bed was comfy and the hotel also has a pool and breakfast available. Exceeded my expectations. Quiet area and quiet hotel. Great Service.

This property is amazing, it was very clean and staff were always there to help with anything we needed right away. Spa facilities are lovely and are a nice break from the Disneyland mid day heat. The shuttle service to and from Disney was the best we have ever experienced. You call, they come. No waiting around. Absolutley would stay here again if we went back to Paris Disney.

First of all the personal is really kind and client orientated. They make everything to feel like really personal. Best regards to miss Raluca! The location is top, really close by Disnayland Park. A lot of things to do in the hotel, with the heating swiming pool, a game room, bowling, billiard and a stunning resraurant with pizza made in oven with wood fire. TOP!

The breakfast was ideal before heading out to Disneyland. And their buffet for dinner, should you require it, had a ton of variety and had value for the price. The kids loved the bunk beds and the rooms were relatively spacious. The shuttle to and from Chessy Nord made traveling to/from Disneyland and the train station very easy.

Very nice staff, nice breakfast, location is ok, the organisation for transportation to Disneyland with shuttle bus is incredibly practical. I would not doubt to book it again on our next visit to Disneyland.

The location was one of the best things about our stay.
The location was one of the best things about our stay. Everything we needed was within walking distance, including a huge shopping centre with plenty of shops and restaurants, a lovely park for the children, and the train station, which made visiting Paris really easy. Disneyland was only around a 10-minute drive away, making it an ideal base for our trip. The area felt safe, clean and family-friendly, and we really enjoyed how convenient everything was.

The walls we so thin the room would shake with every door closing along the whole corridor. We were awake all night due to a bunch of teenagers running around and letting doors slam. It ruined our Disney trip

The location is very convenient.
The location is very convenient. Bakeries, groceries, restaurants, and bus stops are all nearby, and Disneyland Paris is about 20 minutes away by bus. For travelling to central Paris, the easiest option is to take the RER A train from either Gare de Val d’Europe or Marne-la-Vallée Chessy. The journey to central Paris takes around 50 minutes.
For travelling between CDG Airport and Montévrain, there are probably several options. For us, travelling with small children, the most practical solution was the Magical Shuttle bus, which took us from CDG to the Val d’Europe bus stop. However, the price for two adults and two children was €70. The TGV from CDG to Marne-la-Vallée Chessy is a faster option for roughly the same price, provided that this destination suits your plans.
It is worth noting that Google Maps suggested the Ozeroute FRB102 bus line for travelling from CDG to Montévrain, supposedly departing from Terminal 2D. However, despite asking around and looking for it, we were unable to find this bus line and eventually decided to take the Magical Shuttle instead. A cheaper but much longer option would be to travel from CDG to Paris by RER B and then continue by RER A to Val d’Europe or Marne-la-Vallée Chessy, but this takes almost two hours.

We all said the same thing - SO CLEAN!!
We all said the same thing - SO CLEAN!! We were in a quiet area which was great after a long loud day at Disneyland and we did not have to go far for a much needed drink or snack as well as any amenities forgotten. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful and we will absolutely be choosing Chessy for our next stay in Paris

It has great connections to Disneyland and a direct metro line to the city centre, with plenty of free parking near the station. All shops are within a 10‑minute drive, including a shopping mall and an outlet.

Nothing the beds were mouldy lamps on the floor dirty disgusting wouldn't even allow my pet dog to stay there strong smell of bleach to hide something a garden with a ladder in front of the bush meaning anyone could use it and jump over. Broken blinds no proper bed pillows. Disgusting place. 1 star is not even acceptable not given me a refund as of yet. Got there and the original apartment had been damaged apparently so given this dive instead. Door keys under a mat and given a code to get in to the building. Mouldy sess pit im sure animals have better accommodation in the zoo. Ruined our holiday and ended up spending £1000 pound on other accommodation. Now in debt with a credit card DO NOT BOOK with these people.

Amazing small french town near Disneyland Paris.
Amazing small french town near Disneyland Paris. Before Disneyland it was only 300-700 habitants, and since it was opened in 1992 - 3000 and now 7000!
Living here was an additional pleasure and experience!
It is very small, quiet, clean and cozy. A few but amazing cafes, pizzeria and boulangerie + shop (closing at 8 pm, attention!)

Great place to stay if you're going to Disneyland Paris--easy to catch the "Red Line" train (the train station is just outside of Disneyland Paris) and travel to central Paris in about 45 minutes, too.

Very basic facility with not much support if you need anything. Doors on the floors close automatically making loud noise all the time. Room size is very small as compared to what you see in the photos. Shower and toilet (combined) area is not more than 4 feet.
Will not recommend or consider for next time
