it was our first time at crowne plaza hotel my daughter and husband enjoyed it the pool sauna jacuzzi was amazing, our room were changed for a bigger one we loved it, breakfast was amazing we were served my dhurvi she made my daughter pancakes which she loved and showed us around breakfast and made us feel comfortable so happy hard working kind caring lady. we were meant to check out 11 am but we got extra time to check out which was amazing with no charges we loved our stay and hotel, i hope you do serve ice tea soon. hope to visit soon

English breakfast was amazing

Made a late booking on a whim. Place was easy to find and very quaint surrounds. The room was very spacious and well appointed. Soft comfortable king bed, very clean. The bathroom was exceptional, with a large corner bath, waterfall shower with good pressure and two sinks. We had dinner in the Kite restaurant attached and were very happy with the meals. Breakfast was good selection buffet and the cooked food option was fresh and plentiful. Staff were pleasant, friendly and attentive.

Gorgeous location. Views of the Chess valley were magical. We selected the suite and it didn’t disappoint. Absolutely one of the nicest and most interesting places we’ve stayed. Highly recommend.

The welcome received from staff was brilliant - room very adequate - although location on side of busy M40 - sound proofing amazing. Room and whole of hotel very clean. Excellent breakfast. Perfect location and will revisit.

The National Sports Centre is built on the grounds of Bisham Abbey, a wonderful heritage building located on the banks of The River Thanes. The accommodation is excellent within a peaceful setting and offers the opportunity to enjoy the amazing grounds of Bisham Abbey. The staff were very helpful and made our brief stay very enjoyable.

The hotel was very good value for money clean and quiet

Fantastically friendly staff, room (small but perfectly formed), top quality breakfast cooked to order - put even a five star hotel's buffer to shame. All perfect examples of what I was looking for.

The staff is so polite and accommodative

I had to book a room as an emergency due to the British Airways cancelling my flight. It was a bare bones, cheap and clean room with good staff. I am satisfied with the value for the money.

I love this place. I visit every time I come to the UK. We stayed 2 nights in the decadent suite 23. It’s beautiful. We dined in the English restaurant which was some of the best comfort food I’ve ever eaten, had Thai massages, ole ty if amazing cocktails and then dinner at Bear which was sensational. It’s eccentric, orgasmic and incredibly unique. My favorite hotel in the UK by far.
