Very nice hotel, with very friendly staff. Good location in a quite neighborhood, not far from the city center.

For breakfast provide gluten free bread. In general breakfast was perfect. Free parking. Clean rooms, quiet location, with good access by car.

Great location to travel to tourist locations. Rooms are very comfortable, and relatively quiet. Staff are friendly and welcoming. There was a good variety of choices for breakfast to suit most dietary needs / requirements. We loved the fact there was a small fridge in the room to keep our road drinks and alternate milk cool.

The hotel is brand new and has a very zen vibe to it. The room was large, comfortable, and modern. There was a huge balcony. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the beach. It can be a little tricky finding the parking lot, but it is free and convenient. The customer service was excellent — the front desk was super helpful making dinner reservations for us.

We enjoyed the hotel and the airconditioning very much. This was a hot week. The hotel was clean, modern and located near multiple restaurants, sights and shops. The staff was friendly and heplful. The bed was excellent.

The decor and ambiance was very nice, the smell of the candles, the small details. The bar was cozy and beautiful. The room was very clean absolutely spacious and had all the needed amenities. The breakfast area was very good and comfortable. Breakfast was a great compliment and the selection was very good. The very best was the attention of the staff, very welcoming and helpful.

The poorly was modern with tons of cool features for families… slide, ping pong, etc. It was a quick walk to the beach and the on-site restaurant was quite good

The location is amazing, right in the heart of the town. One might think that there would be a lot of noise, but that is not the case. Front desk personnel was very polite and helpful. The room was big, clean and cozy. We had a very pleasant first stay in Bruges and hope to come back soon.
