We really enjoyed our stay, the mangrove sea view rooms are really spacious and well put, very comfortable beds and all you need for your stay. The atmosphere is warm and cozy and the hotel provides all the necessary facilities.

I love everything about the hotel, from the super friendly staff the breakfast and the amazing clean room.. And also to the Manager in charge Ms Ria, thank you for accomodating to my something nice in the room for my 10th years anniversary. Me and my husband really happy and enjoy our stay. Enjoyed the unique atmosphere of this ship converted to a hotel.. Staff was amazing, as was the food. Big breakfast buffet included with our room. Lovely infinity pool looking out over the ocean. Nice places to sit and relax.

We had a wonderful stay at Cassia Bintan with my wife and our 5-year-old daughter. We loved the hotel, the access to the pools (including those of the neighbouring property), the delicious food, and above all, the kindness and warmth of the entire staff. The beach right in front of the hotel is stunning, with warm, crystal-clear water — truly paradise. Unfortunately, our daughter was stung by a jellyfish during one of our beach outings. It was a very painful experience that took about three days to stabilise and will take a few more weeks to fully heal. That said, I want to give special recognition to the hotel staff. As I ran carrying my daughter in pain, they immediately came running with a spray bottle of vinegar to neutralise the sting and helped remove some of the stingers. They also arranged transport to the clinic, where she received the necessary medical care. Upon our return to the hotel, they provided us with a bucket of ice and towels to take to our room and help ease the pain — which we had to apply for the next two days. Thankfully, she is now recovering well. Despite this unfortunate incident, it was still an unforgettable experience, and we are grateful for the care and support we received from everyone at the hotel.

As a solo traveller I requested for a queen size bed and was met...the food was so delicious... overall best

Lagoi is a beautiful place & not a known destination to many...

Lagoi is a beautiful place & not a known destination to many. Its just about 1 hr ferry ride from Singapore. Indians get visa on arrival at Indonesia, so the immigration is pretty smooth. There are many branded hotels in the area & best is the access to beach. The beach is very clean with clear & shallow waters. There are many restaurants & shopping in the area. The sightseeing is very good & well maintained. You get easy transport & even Grab works here. I recommend this place to all.

We are truly glad that we chose Four Points by Sheraton Batam to celebrate our anniversary. It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Location The hotel is conveniently located, with many nearby attractions, shopping malls, and local restaurants to explore. Cleanliness The hotel had a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere from the moment we entered. The rooms and corridors were very clean and well maintained. I would also like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the housekeeping staff, especially Mr. Sapar, for his excellent service. Customer Service All the staff members were friendly, welcoming, and always greeted us with warm smiles. They were attentive and willing to assist us promptly whenever needed. Guest Relations This was the highlight of our stay. We truly felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of throughout our time at the hotel. Every moment was enjoyable and memorable. Special thanks to Amel for the wonderful arrangements and care from the preparation stage until the end of our stay. Hotel Restaurant The restaurant was clean and cosy, and the food was absolutely marvellous, especially the local dishes. Our sincere thanks to the chef and the kitchen team for preparing such delicious meals for us. Overall, we had an amazing experience staying at Four Points by Sheraton Batam. Every staff member contributed to making our stay special and memorable. We will definitely choose Four Points again for our future visits to Batam and will highly recommend the hotel to our family and friends.

Batam Center has a place for us tourist to book our grab car or their local taxi. A lot of minimart we can buy for snacks and souveniers and even u can purchase SIM card so you can have wifi throughout ur stay in Batam. Can pay by Touch and Go, Paywave.

Trip to Batam - It's a nice and relaxing trip for family, just an hour ferry from Singapore. KTM Resort - Relaxing short trip, in-house spa, friendly staff. Batam Zoo - What an experience to visit the zoo....if you like to pet/feed the animals. Dining Outlets - It's definitely worth it!

It was a very relaxing trip.

It was a very relaxing trip. We especially enjoyed the jacuzzi in our room which faces the sea. We also enjoyed the snorkeling trip, the staff who went with us helped us to take pictures underwater. The equipment provided was safe and also adequate. The whole resort feels tranquil. Would be better if there is a gym.

I was able to witness a local wedding and was welcomed by...

I was able to witness a local wedding and was welcomed by the community. Met with the local indigenous tribe Orang Laut (Sea Gypsy) and learned a lot about their culture. Staying for a month I did miss the western food sometimes, but I found an amazing coffee shop with French pastries which would not be out of place in Melbourne. The seafood was very tasty in other restaurants. People are very friendly and accommodating. Much less crowded than Bali and cleaner. I would definitely visit again.

Lagoi is a great getaway place, and only an hour by ferry from Singapore. A wide variety of accommodation and many places to eat. We also went to the sand dunes and 'Blue lake' at Telaga Biru/Gurun Pasir Bintan.

The Harbour Bay area has many good restaurants for quiet evenings alone. It is not far from the Nagoya Hill mall which is great for shopping. For relaxation, Eska Spa at the ferry terminal is very professional.

Nearby Nongsa beach but the beach is not clean.. the villa house we stay is just nice for a group of 6. But the house seems not been occupied for long, as it smells once you enter, the floor also not so clean. The aircon is not cold
