The reception staff was super lovely and helpful, room was big, clean and comfortable. Only a couple of minutes walk from the ferry port where there are lots of shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

It's so comfortable to stay here. It's near to Nagoya Mall about 1.5km. The breakfast have much variety and it's enough for me.

The hotel is professionally managed! The staff are .well trained, very attentive and friendly! The breakfast is ample and varied, with a very attentive staff, makes for an enjoyable experience!

The room is very spacious. Inside the room there are a king-sized bed, a sofa bed, a TV, some cabinets, a wardrobe, a dining table, a small kitchen and a sink. Although they don't provide microwave, they do provide electric stove and a wok. Dining equipments such as plates, bowls, spoons, forks, and knives are also provided. Probably it can be called an apartment room instead of a hotel room. The bathroom is very clean and they provide things such as toiletries, shaving kits, shower cap, liquid body wash, and shampoo. Considering the price they offer, they provide a lot of things, and that's a good point. The location of the hotel is quite good. About 5 minutes of walk from the Harbour Bay. Right outside the hotel there are minimarkets, Circle K, that open for 24 hours. Eatery option, beside those that are located in Harbour Bay, is quite limited considering the hotel is located inside the Harbour Bay area. They also offer a free shuttle to the Harbour Bay and also to the malls in Batam. The breakfast provided taste good. The options might be pretty standard, but they do offer quite a lot of options.

location is great! just walking distance you can find Bars. room is tiny but enough to sleep. bed was confortable
