This hotel was a delightful surprise. We expected warm spa waters and a charming setting around the thermal basin in the center of the village. But we got so much more, a very comfortable room, a welcoming staff and a very good restaurant with a terrific wine list. This hotel is family owned and operated and their pride really shows through. It is also in a great location for visiting Pienza, Montepulciano and Montacino.

Stunning views and landscape, beautiful rooms, peaceful grounds, incredible hot springs, an amazing pool, spa and endless multiple saunas, a million different treatments, and incredible food. Surrounded by beautiful old towns. Not cheap but worth every cent.

Everything was just PERFECTION !! The hosts are adorable, the location a dream, stunning views on the wonderful Montalcino landscapes, the facilities spotless and plenty (bar, terrasse, pool, lounge...). The place is quite, rooms are spacious, nicely furnished, matterasses excellent. Excellent breakfast with lots of options. All this at a very good price. For me it is not a 3 stars, but objectively at least 4. I definitely will come back!

We had a wonderful stay. The Wi-Fi was reliable, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was excellent. The breakfast was abundant and delicious, with plenty of choices to start the day. Everything made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Amazing!! We reserved the family suite and had two totally separate rooms separated by a hallway and one shared bathroom and mini fridge (no kitchen, but tons of space to bring back food and eat). Breakfast was 20/10 (larger than pics showed--fresh pastries, paninis, muffins, cake from a nearby bakery, fresh fruit). Staff was so helpful and accommodating--and they make a great cappuccino. Took us about 7 minutes to drive to the heart of Montepulciano. Took a 8-minute walk to a great little restaurant. LOVED the free on-site parking. Can't do better than this for the price.

Beautiful hotel, lovely staff and excellent customer service. Very nice breakfast. Clean, simple, elegant rooms and bathrooms. Slippers are a nice touch. Location is excellent, short walk to center, felt very safe. I would definitely stay here again. Limited reserved parking on side street of property.

The staff in the hotel and attached restaurant were fantastic, attentive and friendly. The room had an attached large balcony with a beautiful view. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the restaurant for dinner was popular with locals and tourists.
