Good location and excellent breakfast

Our room was modern, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with a balcony overlooking stunning views of the Dolomites and the ski slopes; it was the perfect place to relax after a day on the mountain. Breakfast was included and absolutely delicious, making it a great start to each ski day. The location was super ideal as the hotel is just a short walk to town, and there’s a scenic walking path directly across the street, which we loved. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay!

Great location ! It was a short 20 minute drive to the hike at Tre Cime. I was worried after reading other reviews, but we had a fantastic stay. Our room was large and comfortable. There was a great breakfast spread. The staff was very nice ! It is a little expensive but it’s very VERY reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. We had a great stay and would choose this hotel again.

Great property with good views and quick walking access to the downtown area. The breakfast was superb and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. It was also very close to the venues for the upcoming Olympic Games.

A fabulous hotel - we couldn’t fault a thing

Everything was wonderful, nothing to complain about, the staff always attentive to the needs of the customers, they helped us with information about routes and means of access (bus timetable) The location of the accommodation is amazing, a picturesque village with, wooden houses, just 14 minutes away from Cortin a d'Arezzo An incredible service which the staff offered but wasn't mentioned in the offer is a free snack between 16:00 and 18:00( is more than a snack,is a dinner with a lot of very good food)

I thought it was very clean, well-maintained, and I didn’t see any critters! The price was very good for its location and the quality of the stay!

Breakfast was very standard buffet style for Italy, featuring croissants, cold cuts, hard boiled eggs, fruit, yogurt, cereal, and espresso drinks. The room we stayed in was very open and airy, with an easy view of the surrounding neighborhood. They had bar service all day for drinks, with nice outdoor seating.

The room is big and comfy. The staff is great and english speaking. Walking distance from supermarket, restaurants, gelatos. Hotel parking.

This is such a well-run unit where people are super friendly and check in and check out was convenient. The staff is so friendly.

The location, the staff and accomodation was good

Have stayed here multiple times over the years. It's a perfect hotel with dramatic views and elegantly rustic interiors that evoke both the Alps generally and honor the special style unique to the Dolomites and the Ampezzo Valley. The restaurant is superior and worth taking a night at the hotel instead of the town....many locals, member of the Buon Ricordo, etc. The staff is welcoming and professional....and the owners (4th generation) are seen often. For skiers, the hotel has a dedicated bus stop for shuttle service to both Tofana and Cortina Center/Faloria. A locked ski room is convenient for equipment storage. The hotel is exceptionally maintained and clean and room amenities are of a higher standard than the typical European 3-star. Great value.

The receptionists are super polite and so helpful.

Wonderful stay! Great views! Very close to Tres Cime and monte Piana! The Refugios behind the ski lift across the way! Quaint little town. Great restaurant next door with lovely staff! Cozy fire in the hotel each night! Awesome breakfast spread! 10/10 would return!!!!
