The amenities in the lobby, as well as the rental for additional amenities, were a great touch for my stay.

MORITA. We have encountered some difficulties with our car, and Morita was SO helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure we have a pleasant stay. She made sure we are making the most out of the area, that everything is easy and nice, and thought of things we didn't even had in mind. She is a blessing.

Great hotel, comfortable rooms, many complimentary services, polite staff

Nice place to stay like any other Prince hotel. A bit old but very clean and nice. Wonderful view to sea (from the room and from the top restaurant). Very recommended.

Walking distrance to Washo Market and a short drive to Nusamai Bridge. Quiet town and not many eateries around.

The breakfast was just about right and not too much items. Overall it was quite decent that fits the hotel's humble atmosphere in a quiet town

Loved the beds so much, most of our beds in Japan have been quite stiff but these were perfect.

Big room that was very comfortable. It was great to have the sliding doors to make 2 rooms. Breakfast was really good with Hanasaki crab soup and kaisendon. The staff were all very kind. The hotel is right across the street from an AEON mall and 100-yen shop which was very convenient. Thank you!

Absolutely unicorn among those at this level, breakfasts are so well prepared and aren’t same in the two days that I’ve stayed for. Air purifier equipped in the room, very quiet, useful for allergy group. In-building public bath, clean. Super regretted for not having booked this frenchies for all my planned cities. I will definitely prioritize this hotel series for my next trip. Thank you very much.

Nice location in the harbour. Good breakfast buffet. Very friendly staff.

I love the proximity to the river, as i am fishing guide that comes here several times a year with my clients and family. We loved the onsen facility and the free ice cream at the end is a fantastic little treat.

Good location near Kushiro station turn left In front of station walking straight about 5 minutes,close to the bus center.

I was really impressed that I was assigned a room on the top floor of the hotel that can partially view the 釧路大漁どんぱく花火大会. I didn't realize what the event was initially.
