Quite clean, the beds were already made which was really easy nice to not have to set up the beds after getting there. Stayed in a tatami room with 5 people. Downstairs has free coffee, tea and water. Was very helpful when we were going to be late with check in, and even though there was not much parking left, staff helped us find a spot.

Love the atmosphere of the hotel. The staff also friendly and easy to deal with. We requested for late check-in during check in due to late arrival (heavy snow) and the staff are willing to wait for our arrival. Will come back to this hotel in future!
