Everything. The place is beautiful, the setting is great but most of ALL the staff goes above and beyond to make everyone comfortable. We unfortunately both got very sick most likely due to an outing where we ate some bad food, and even in the middle of the night everybody helped so incredibly well!!! Don't know how we would have done this without al the incredible staff.

Rhino Watch Safari Lodge is an absolutely gorgeous facility with beautiful gardens that are perfectly maintained. Three property goes up a hill and we were on the top row in a chalet. This is essentially a small house with a veranda and a private garden. The most amazing thing was the perfect view of Mount Kenya, which is odd course called the shy mountain for good reason. We were there in February for 4 nights and we could get a clear view early in the morning. We didn't book full room and board, only with breakfast since we were exploring locally with our expert guide, Charles Mathenge. Charles was recommended by Rhino Watch and we used him for a long Safari. He is a naturalist by training and knows all the parks, animals, and plants by heart. Aberdares NP is close to the property and has a totally different climate from the plains - well worth it for gorgeous scenery, wild pigs and endangered monkeys. Rhino Watch is locally owned and the owners are very active with their own foundation to help the local community.

I love the location; right in the middle of everything in Nyeri Town; making evening walks pure bliss since I can easily get back to the hotel. The parking (especially adjacent to the reception/ rooms) is spacious, offering an amazing view of the extensive greenery that surrounds the rest of Nyeri. The extra blanket and the water heating jug (plus complementary tea/coffee) were an absolute lifesaver (given how chilly it could get at night in July). Friendly and helpful staffs, swift check-in and check-out, spacious room with a fantastic view... sleeping here was great. Conference Facilities: I have used White Rhino's conference packages before, and they have executive halls, and their dining experience is awesome.

Great location off the main track and given the poor roads, was a pleasant surprise from the second the gate opened. Very personalized staff, rooms over looking endless landscaped gardens with Peacocks, Warthogs, Zebra's, Impalas, Eland's and list goes on. The Rothschild Giraffe's were a special treat and the horse ride among them was the Cherry on the cake! Supposed to have Leopards but never saw them...

The cottage room was of a very decent size.

The cottage room was of a very decent size. Bedding and other accessories were of good standard. Spotted Zebra's, warthog, baboons, antelope, deer, peacocks, and very colorful sparrows. Dine hall was nice and food was fantastic will lot's of variety. It was a nice drive from Nairobi to Aberdare Country club.

We had a wonderful family stay at Honrbill Holiday Home. The environment is peaceful, the neighborhood is quiet, and the entire atmosphere is perfect for resting and bonding. The three-bedroom home is spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with its own secure compound that made us feel very comfortable. All the facilities were in excellent condition everything worked flawlessly. It truly felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort, peace, and privacy.

he most important thing for me was the host — very professional, simple, and easy to communicate with. The whole process was smooth, and I didn’t even need to meet him in person. Check-in and check-out were very easy. When I was leaving, I just called him and told him where I left the keys, and he even gave me a 1-hour bonus, which I really appreciated. The location is very convenient and close to a shopping centre. No matter what time you arrive, there is always a place to eat nearby. Naivas Supermarket is just a few meters away and is open 24 hours. The house is clean, spacious, has good internet, and a big comfortable bed. Overall, it was a stress-free and excellent stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Quiet environment ideal for a family like my case. Excellent breakfast. However maintenance of the facility requires serious attention. I was particularly concerned with lack of mosquito management even a net yet the facility has too many stagnant water bodies. I was also disappointed by a watchman knocking our door at 1am looking for an employee who he claimed was staying in the cottage but seemed not to know where..could they not call him? But otherwise I would still recommend the facility hoping management will action

I had an amazing stay at this air bnb, looking forwad to going back, the place was exactly as described, clean, comfortable and beatifully maintained. The location was perfect with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants nd transportattion. The host was exceptional and very responsive, welcoming and helpful throughout the stay. Check in was smooth and they made sure everything was ready upon arrival. The amenities were top notch and everything worked perfectly. The bed was very comfortable, the space was quiet and felt safe throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again and again and highly recomend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle free experience.

The WiFi and the lounge was good but with expired Netflix.The fridge needs to be cleaned up,its an eye sore.The cutlery rack needs change too considering water accumulate under it due to poor kitchen top design.Provide sugar,salt n teabags as a compliment.There were old used up tissue rolls(have Photos)just disgusting if you check in and find this.I booked studio with balcony but was provided with a 1bedroom with no balcony.The bedroom has blood spots on walls from previous guests killing mosquitoes as the area has lots of it with no bed net.The bed n mattress was just pathetic. Overally, the property description did not match what I checked into especially after doing 17hrs of flight to attend a function.

The agent was welcoming and accommodating as we arrived super late and she understood, problem came when we wanted to use the cooker only for it to start leaking gas, that was very scary, the same day with the gas issue we were to check out but we had to wait for someone to come and help out in sorting the gas issue but was unable to, it got worse when the agent came with a technician and started drilling on the door while we were still in the house. It was the fault we overstayed since she told us to wait for someone to come fix the cooker. The house had a corridor which was locked and couldn't access, it had wifi which wasn't working, the tv wasn't working either.It was a horrible experience to say the least.
