From the moment I got to the hotel, everything was perfect. From the check in, to the gorgeous room,to the more than excellent room service... The stay there was very relaxing, therapeutic and great value for money. It's worth a comeback.

I liked everything about the property but the parking,they should invest in an indoor parking that's spacious and has shade. Also, they should consider having bath robes and slides/slippers at the rooms. Aside from that,I enjoyed my stay....breakfast was phenomenal.

I highly recommend this hotel. The value is very good for the price. The staff was great. Daniel and the rest of the team were very helpful and attentive. From the cleaning staff to the kitchen staff and security guard everything was great. The shower gets nice and hot at night while more of a warm shower in the morning. The location is very close in walking distance to Naivas and other great stores and restaurants. The room had good tv and pretty good bedding. The room was cleaned everyday and they provided a free water each time. The free breakfast was very good and large in serving. You get mixed fruits, cereal and milk, your choose style of eggs, pancakes or toast, sweet potatoes, sausage, mixed vegetables, warm chai or choice of coffee and fresh squeezed juice. After my first two breakfast I had to request smaller portions as they do not shy away on helping fill you before a long day out in Nakuru.

The staff is amazing, welcoming, understanding, and very, very nice. We arrived a bit late due to work, but they were waiting for us and very welcoming. The rooms are clean and clear, the beds are super comfortable
