They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. The room was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully decorated with all the amenities you could possibly need. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax after a busy day of sightseeing. I had the pleasure of dining at the hotel’s restaurant, and the food was absolutely delicious. The service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing meal. Overall, my experience at the hotel was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beirut. I will certainly be staying here again on my next trip!

We celebrated our 14 year wedding anniversary. The staff at Le Gray went out of their way to make it special. The room waws adorned with roses, heart shaped balloons, rose petals decorating the bed, bathtub and there was even a delicious cake decorated for our anniversary. A very thoughtful note was placed wishing us a wonderful anniversary. We were showered with love and kindness from the moment we entered the hotel. I recommend 100/100!!

Although short, I enjoyed my stay at Hamra Garden: the staff were always attentive and welcoming, the communication was great from the very beginning, and the shared room was clean. There's also drinkable water on every floor, which was great. I'll definitely consider staying there again.

There were very limited facilities for using Visa credit cards, even in major shops, so carrying cash is essential. Driving conditions are quite challenging and can be dangerous, so extra caution is needed. However, the people were generally friendly and hospitable.

Beirut is a large, chaotic city with great bars, restaurants, views, and historical sites. You need to do the corniche walk to see some beautiful coastal sites, and need to visit the MIM museum. There were many good places for shawarma!
