The service was impeccable. They gave me a free upgrade for my room. It was very spacious. The breakfast was included with the room and was absolutely delicious, traditional lebanese breakfast spread. The views are fantastic all around the hotel, including the rooms, with a panoramic view of the mountains and the neighboring villages.

We had such a wonderful stay that was originally planned for just one night—but quickly turned into a longer visit! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The rooms were absolutely amazing: modern, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean, which made our stay extremely comfortable as a family. The attention to detail really stood out. The staff were another highlight—genuinely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality made us feel at home right away. The food was equally impressive. Breakfast was delicious and satisfying, with a great variety to start the day. We also decided to have dinner at the hotel, and it did not disappoint—an excellent international cuisine experience with high-quality dishes. Overall, it was such an enjoyable and relaxing stay that we simply couldn’t leave after one night. We’re definitely looking forward to coming back again!

I had a great stay at Serail Hotel in Ehden! The place is super clean, the staff was very friendly, and the view from my room was just beautiful. It’s a calm and relaxing spot perfect for a weekend escape. I’ll definitely come back!

Peacefull and well eatablished and services and also the beautifull cigare lounge . İ cane i in summer but this is a winter hotel. İ can immagine how it will be so beautiful in winter

Most important for visitors is the treatment by the staff, all and best compliments to all the staff from the security guard outside to the receptionist and admissions personnel,everyone is professional,nice and helping ,5 star treatment

The staff was incredibly welcoming and kind. They even offered a complimentary room decoration, which was such a thoughtful touch. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with perfect blackout electronic curtains for a great night’s sleep. The hotel is a cozy two-story property, perched high up beside the clouds, offering a calm and cozy atmosphere. At night, we needed a taxi ride, and thankfully Miss Jannet personally picked us up and kindly refused any payment. Her hospitality made our stay unforgettable. Breakfast was delicious and Mediterranean in style, with fresh flavors that set the tone for the day. The garden is beautiful and relaxing. We didn’t try the pool, so we’re not sure about the temperature, but it’s good to note that you should bring your own towels if you plan to use it. I also appreciated that the hotel texted me in advance, letting me know to bring a jacket because it gets cold at night even in summer, and informing me that payment would be in cash. Both were very thoughtful and helpful. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort, warm hospitality, and a breathtaking escape above the clouds.
