Amazing front desk staff. Super helpful and genuinely friendly. So appreciated the young gentleman who directed me appropriately and even printed a document for me.

Best hot tub ever. Stainless steel bottoms, water overflow seems to go thru filtration. Bubbles unlike 40+ hot tubs I’ve been in throughout the world. They go up from your seat and massage your thighs and all around you. Deep tub to shoulder. Spa is beautifully designed, tranquil with stylish lighting that is modern luxury and larger dry sauna than the luxury hotel Britannia in Trondheim. Very clean and peaceful. Beautiful furniture and comfortable. Had a very cold bath that you can dip in between. And a pool that also overflowed. There was also a steam room. And there were lockers and showers and unlimited towels. For some rooms on booking.com the spa access was included. The rooms were fine and generally clean. Location was great. Plenty of parking.

Really enjoyed the location. I really like that. It had lunch dinner and kveldsmat available for purchase since when we did come was during certain night and not a lot of food options were available.

The breakfast was excellent. The Hotel is located in city center and perfect for everything.

GREAT location by downtown and near the train station, buy quiet and with a nice deck. Spacious with a well equipped kitchenette. Reception desk was welcoming and free coffee anytime!

Staff - The staff at Oppdallsporten were friendly from the start(checking in) to me checking out. They helped me out with anything I needed. Restaurant - Free Breakfast! No complaints. It's your traditional Norwegian breakfast items. Outside of that everything on their menu is made to order. While I was there I had both the bacon cheeseburger and fish and chips. Both meals were great and I would have them again if I was there. Room - A lot of room in this room. Thought it would have been smaller since I had been in the country for about a week and was use to smaller rooms.

We had a beautiful view of the Fjord from our room. The hotel location couldn’t be better right at the ferry. We also very much enjoyed the big breakfast.

The location was very good and the food was delicious. Everything was perfect.

I am particularly concerned about price and location when I travel. I don't need breakfast, so I can use a less expensive hotel. And you are just the right distance between the train station, the city center and the place I am going to. I am in Trondheim every other month and use you regularly.

Quiet, clean, the family room is very spacious. Excellent staff, good breakfast. The building has a very interesting history.

The property is located centrally and easily accessible to most of the attractions nearby and eateries.

Room with double bed and sleeper sofa had great views. We loved the pool and spa facilities. Breakfast was great.

Nice place to stay with good breakfast and free parking. Adjacent to the train station so there are several trains passing throughout the night. Some of the rooms are more susceptible to the noise due to their location.

The kitchen is very well equipped, the bathrooms are big and clean. The location of the place is also very nice, in a quiet street on a hilltop from where you can see the the city and the sea. There is also a separate common room with a home cinema.

I enjoyed the location because it wasn’t in the heart of the city and allowed some peace and quiet in the outskirts. The heated floors in the bathroom were a pleasant surprise, I’ve never encountered that before in all my travels.

Best value for your money in Trondheim. Centrally located, clean and, most importantly, spacious. The room is also conveniently equipped with a fridge and an electric kettle. Additionally, the comfortable bed is a huge plus. I always sleep very well here.
