Nizwa is truly captivating in its enchanting, ancient beauty. We had a wonderful experience in this hotel and felt transported into another time and world. Every detail in the hotel is charming and evocative of a bygone era. Wonderful.

The place is absoulutely breathataking like something out of dream ,,,,surrounded by stunning views that feel almoust unreal. Every moment there feels magical, and the most important .....What made our stay more special was meeting some of the local mountain people working at the hotel..They were truly kind ,respectful , and welcoming . This touched me and my family deeply, and it made our experience unforgettable .We will definitely return for another visit .

Beautiful new hotel with amazing mountain views- wake ip early to see the magical sunrise. Outdoor pool is added bonus. Breakfast and lunch are generous as well. This is an overlooked stay- but so worth it, and dont miss Samail castle nearby

Fantastic location, walking distance to attractions. They have a golf cart to shuttle you and baggage from the Souk car park.

I had an excellent stay at Swiss-Belhotel Nizwa. As a newly opened hotel, everything was fresh, modern, and exceptionally clean. The staff were outstanding—friendly, professional, and always ready to assist, providing service that exceeded expectations. The food was delicious with a great variety of options, the room was comfortable and spotless, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable throughout my stay. The hotel’s location is perfect, just a short distance from Nizwa Fort and Nizwa Souq, making it an ideal choice to explore Oman’s heritage. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

Clean and modern room. They added a little touch (auto-lighting by the corridor) in the bedroom. Location is about 10 mins from the city center.

Everything. Price, cleanliness, friendly staff, free parking, comfort of bed, HUGE TV! Also, the location was great for accessing Nizwa and all the great stuff to see in the area. Staff was super nice and responsive. And it was very quiet. Free water, dates and coffee are also a nice touch.

I liked that its only for girls and there is a mall.

The design is really beautiful and unlike anything we’ve seen before, you could really notice the attention to every detail. Staff was friendly and attentive, Fahd is extremely friendly and went to lengths ensuring our comfort. Loved it!
