The staff, accommodations and breakfasts hosts were exceptional.

The reception staff was incredibly helpful, allowing me an early check-in, which I truly appreciated after a long flight. The price was very reasonable, too. My room was spotless—the bed, sheets, carpet, toilet, and bathroom were all impeccably clean. It was quiet, and the air conditioner worked perfectly without making any noise. The lobby next to reception was lovely, with plenty of seating and a nice ambiance. I believe there’s also a restaurant in that area, which is a great bonus. The location was convenient, with a McDonald’s and KFC nearby for quick meals. It’s also close to a beautiful park with lakes and a shopping mall with stores like Decathlon, H&M, and Dealz, just across the highway. They also offer a wake-up service, which I used for a 6 a.m. wake-up call. Big thanks to them for that! As someone who has stayed in many five-star hotels worldwide, I found this three-star hotel exceptional. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely choose it again on my next visit to Katowice. Considering the price and overall experience, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Highly recommended! 😊

The location of the hotel is perfect, no need of using the car, The galeria was 1 minute away by walking,, The centrom is also near so everything was beside the hotel, The staff is nice, Breakfast was good and have alot of options.

Convenient location, and right next to the mall, gas station, and grocery stores. Less than 10 minutes from the bus stop. Clean. Staff were friendly. Restaurant at the hotel.

The room was -extremely- spacious. I've never seen such a big room and, what's more important, the bathroom. It alone was the same size as other whole hotel rooms. My room also had a bath that could easily fit two. So, finally, I didn't have to choose which part of my body to keep under water as it is in a typical tiny hotel baths. Apart from that, everything was clean and pretty. It's a new place and it shows. The breakfast had a vast number of options, everyone could find something for themselves. It was fresh and delicious. Staff was friendly and helpful. They have free parking lot as well. All things considered, it was one of the best hotels I've ever been to. I'd definitely go back again.

The breakfast was really great, probably the best breakfast I've had in a hotel. It had lots of choices, the food was very fresh and tasty. I also really liked the staff. They explained that it would be more beneficial if we left the car in city parking, since it would be cheaper and more comfortable. Really appreciate the honesty. The shower was big and very comfortable.

In the center, clean and not noisy

Great idea about water dispensers instead of bottled water - not only more eco, but also means I can get as much water as I need.. not just 2 small bottles the hotel would typically provide :) Great city view from 9th flooer. Overall very good package and experience.

Very nice neighborhood. Parking was full, but it was easy to park on street with the information given from reception.

Everything was nice, the staff helped us get a taxi to Auschwitz which was our next destination. The food was great with plenty of choice. Hotel was easy to find after leaving the airport.

Everything:👍👍👍 Room: modern, functional, clean Very comfortable (queen size) bed and pillows Sheets were of course very clean and with a very nice and delicate fragrance Air conditioning. Bathroom same way, with very good quality toiletries with nice and delicate fragrance Great and very copious breakfast, including a variety of home made cakes and tarts. I really loved spinach tart :) Only dealt with 3 receptionists and 1 breakfast room waitress (I stayed 1 night only). All of them were very professional, friendly and made guests feel comfortable right away. I had a very nice promotion with breakfast included. 🤗🤗🤗

I had a great stay at voco Katowice by IHG. The location is fantastic and very convenient for getting around the city. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were very comfortable and spotlessly clean. I especially enjoyed the sauna and wellness facilities, it was a great way to relax. I would definitely stay here again.

Location is perfect, super close to the train station and main square and all the main city attractions. Staff is excellent - friendly, organized, fast. They've also did me a huge favor without blinking twice. Rooms are modest but not lacking anything, restrooms although common super clean and equipped with basic utilities at all times. Amazing value for money for my room too which I've booked in advance.
