The staff in the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable and had everything that I needed. I was impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the amenities were great. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Our third trip and it feels like home away from home (which is Madeira, so pretty good!). Several of the staff remembered us from our trip several months ago and welcomed us with surprised smiles...priceless.

The location was near the beach - 500m. Very clean, facilities very good. Breaksfast delicious and plentiful. Staff very friendly and helpful. Cannot recommend high enough. Will definitely return.

The staff was so amazing, they made our time there even better!! They were very attentive, helpfull and nice. The rooms were so beautiful and spacious and incredible view from the balcony. The pool and beach both very clean and with many sun lounger to choose from (probably cause it was during september).

If you are into a hotel where you can see and hear children screaming and crying and throwing tantrums at any given moment of day or evening, Vila Baleira Resort is for you. The little ones made their presence heard with non stop screams at the beach, by the pool, in the lobby and in all restaurants. The hotel itself is nicely located, close to the beautiful beach but a little outdated, looking like a 1970s construction. Room was big and bed was pretty comfortable, balcony with nice view over the ocean. My favorite part was Dunas restaurant, with good vibes, sheltered by palm trees and a sand dune, with friendly staff.
