The spa, the rooms are Renewed and the breakfast was amazing. They upgrade us to a room with city view and balcony which was very nice

This was the 3rd time that we were guests at Balvanyos resort and we felt the same as before: this accomodation was the jewel of the mountains-a unique, elegant, superb experience with sparkling clean rooms, tasty food, spacious spa and crystal clear air.

Very good location, excellent spa and wellness services 👌, taste and variety of the breakfast and dinner buffet 😋, the staff is very friendly and caring with a professional attitude. I warmly recommend it even as a mother, it's a suitable place for children. 👩‍👧 Good choice for spending a pleasant, relaxing, enriched holiday. It was a delight to be a guest of O3zone Hotel, we're eager and excited to visit again as soon as possible. 🤩

The view from the room at the 6th floor was breath taking. The room was very clean and cosy. The food excellent, plenty to choose from at breakfast. Very friendly staff. Walking distance from the train station.

The location outside city border, has free parking and surround forest . Open breakfast variety is good. Stuff helpful , each floor has sofa resting corner those makes your room kind of 1bedroom + 1 living room kind .

A good hotel to stay in and hold conferences, large rooms, comfortable beds, very good breakfast, the reception staff is very courteous and quickly handled our every request.

The location is perfect, walking distance to the centre plaza and the park. The rooms are so cozy and feel like in past, but pleasant past (like 1880 - 1890 😊 ). Rooms are clean, with everything you nees for a travel.

The property is located in the middle of the city and it has it own parking lot.
