Everything. The location was just near the forest and the ski tracks in the center of Kopaonik. The staff was very polite and usefull at the same time. The hotel has wonderful SPA center with everything you need. I enjoyed the very delicious food made at the hotel restaurant. All was just perfect. I`m looking forward to be their guest soon.

Good hotel with nice spa center, clean and nice rooms, fast and pleasant people on reception and spa center. Pretty big parking and garage, groceries shop right in the building, all was great and I would like to visit that hotel again some day.
