Wonderful central location, with perfect access to buses and trains. You can stay in the warmth with cosy welcoming fireplaces or easily venture outfrom the centre to icy trips such as the Northern lights. The ice Hotel is a bus ride away . The rooms are fabulous - ultra cosy and the rooftop spa is serene

Everything. New hotel very close to the airport in the New City Center

The cabins are amazing, very comfortable. Walking distance to the lake were we saw so many auroras.

The hotel was very cute and in a great location. My absolute favorite was the on-site restaurant. The staff was very kind and everything was delicious.

The staffs are friendly and breakfast are good. Location is perfect and with free parking. The room size is big enough for both of us, bed is comfortable. Bathroom is the best compared with the other Scandic hotel. Overall, this is the best among all the Scandic that we had stayed for the past few weeks.

beautiful period correct atmopshere and decorations, front desk is open 24-hours. Parking is behind the hotel in a parking lot (with plugs for block heaters) but paid parking. Hospital nearby

The staff! They were kind and accommodating. This hotel was clean, and comfortable and central to the airport shuttle and downtown Skellefteå.

The staff at reception were exceptional- they assisted us with bookings, directions, bus timetables etc. The location was perfect and the breakfast was also great with lots of choice.

The Ice Hotel is a piece of art. My kids loved the evacuation slide. Getting thermal suits, gloves and boots for the hotel family for our entire stay was a plus. The staff is exceptional, knowledgeable and friendly. We could see the huskies , my kids were not old enough to go on a tour so we skipped it. Grocery store is nearby. Breakfast at the hotel is good. We stayed at the Arctic Chalet, it was a pleasant stay.

Was provided with a room directly next to my daughter instead of being separated as we have experienced when booking into other hotels in the past Breakfast was lovely with a great selection. Beds were comfortable and the room was very clean

The check-in and check-out process is quick and simple, everything can be done on your own. However, if you have any questions, Scandic's super helpful and friendly staff are there and happy to assist you 24/7. The lounge is nice and cozy, with different beverage and food options and quite a few accessories in case you forgot to pack anything. Good place to share a beer after a long day. There is a remote work area with a call booth. I didn't use it, but it was good to know one was available. Our room was just what we needed. Minimal, comfy and well thought-out. The bed was very comfortable and the multi-layered shades on our windows ensured we get a good night's rest. The location is quite central - near the main train station and numerous bars, restaurants, and shops. Absolute recommendation.
