Staff were great and very helpful!

You don't always expect that much from transit hotels, but this one is pretty good! The restaurant has really good food, like actually good tasty food that is well prepared, thoughtful and not the generic meals you so often get in these types of places. Airport shuttle is free, quick and quite close to the hotel. Staff are really nice.

Excelent location directly inside the Terminal 5, making it extremely convenient for late arrivals and early departures. The room was modern, clean and well soundproofed. The bed was really comfortable! Breakfast is impressive both in terms of variety and quality and it starts very early (from 4AM, I believe). The staff is super kind and professional.

Definitely booking a room in the same hotel next time I visit Stockholm.

I stayed in room 700 1 bed apartment - it was large, windows opened and had lovely view. prior to that I had been allocated a room on the same floor that was quiet but faced into a courtyard was dark and not great. the staff were fantastic and arranged a room swap once another became available. highly recommend room 700 or 701. I stayed during Autumn so the heat was not an issue. loved the staff and breakfasts were fantastic. Had wine and food from next door in the lounge / bar area - food next door was out the gate ( great). Easy location to walk to Karolinska institute and Metro.

The room is small but the bed was comfortable and very clean. The close proximity to the airport and free shuttle was a huge benefit to us since we had an early flight.

It is a convenient location to public transportation.

I love the breakfast here! There are so many selections including: many types of home-baked bread, cheese, meats, egg dishes, steamed veggies, bacon, pancakes, cereals, and desserts.

Nice place for overnight stay while on a connection flight! close to Airport and shuttle bus connection is great. Good breakfast option.

Location is very good near many stores , old town and other important places. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Its worth booking it with breakfast .

We spent a weekend there and it was very quiet in the surrounding streets. Very few cars and people about although you're not that far from the central. There is a large hospital in the near vicinity and the emergency helicopter kept coming & going several times a day which makes the whole block echo, but even that didn't make it any less enjoyable to spend time in that hotel. A very good breakfast was also enjoyable in the mornings. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful with our little requests, so all in all I had a 10/10 experience there.

I can only say great things about this hotel. Check in smoothquick, staff friendly and helpful, room and bathroom spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable - the room size was very reasonable considering I had booked a small double room. The breakfast was absolutely excellent too!! Lovely atmosphere and great food. I would definitely recommend and come back. 25 min walk from the central station, or a few stops by public transport. Supermarkets and nice places to eat are just around the corner.
