It was recently renovated in Spring 2026. The room was clean and it had a nice balcony. The wellness area was clean and spacious. It had a large pool, jacuzzi, kids’ pool and three different saunas. There was also an outside pool in the other side of the road (next the beach) but it wasn’t yet open in May. Breakfast had many options from porridges to eggs and bread. The staff was friendly.

This is a beautiful, boutique hotel, perfectly situated on the square and the harbor. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. I will be staying here again.

The staff was extremely polite and helpful which made our stay very comfortable. The views are quite extraordinary and the inner heated pool is epic.

We visited this hotel once more. We were here last year and we were very disappointed. First i want to say that the Miss Katja at the reception desk was more then polite. She was so friendly and helpful from the first minute. The concierge was also very polite and helpful. And there was a older gentleman at the restaurant for the breakfast - he was working like his 30 years old. Old school style. I was very happy to see a person like him. Some changes very made at the facilities like Lounge terrace. And the thing that you can buy drinks and foods once again at the pools terrace at the hotel is a big hit. Room is new. Bathroom is comfortable and clean. Bed was very comfy. Everything was clean. I am glad thet the hotel made some good changes and that the things are getting improved here. We are coming here for 10 years and we were very sad last year because of so many things that didn't function. One more time, big thanks to the staff and keep going in this direction.

Very clean and facilities excellent

Parking is free and got a dedicated parking space. Breakfast was very rich and plenty with a view to the sea. Staff was always friendly and cheerful. If we wanted to stay longer in bed in the morning, nobody was bothering us. Minifridge was available. AC was very quiet. Welcome drink on the rooftop bar is also a plus. Got even a goodbye gift - car airfreshener.

We had incredible time in Grand Koper , location is perfect , food was delicious, clean and incredible sea view worth to see , staff was always nice ! so everything was perfect! thank you so much for making our stay unique experience!

Staff was extremely friendly and supportive. Inside swimming pool was the highlight of our stay. Hotel is in the center of Portorose and give you possibility to do everything you want. Coming back for sure.
