It’s right on the heart of where everything happens. Easy access to the beach, bars and restaurants.

One night was enough to feel relief from a long trip, the staff were amazing I loved how welcoming were all of them. Food was amazing as their service.

The staff were so helpful and lovely, especially for Peter helping me so much during my checkin and room allocation! I adored the room, seaview, the fabulous pool area and location right on the beach. The food and drinks were incredible, as well as the drop in classes. I adored every minute staying here!

I love everything about this place. I visit is often. This trip, my family and I stayed 2 different times. It truly feels like home. The place is clean and cozy, and the staff is amazing. El Paseo del Carmen is literally steps away with cultural food and vending tables. There is also varied entertainment every weekend for the entire family to enjoy. We will be visiting again my next trip.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel, what drew me in was everything being pink. Very cozy rooms with amazing views of the volcano. Almost the perfect location within walking distance to most locations being close to city center. Edgar and Natalie were really big help with anything you needed whether to help with places to eat or local attractions if you’re visiting for vacation. They were also able to provide airport transportation at any time of the day which was a plus. Everything was clean and spacious and had no issues with checking in or out. Definitely would recommend this place to stay to others if you’re wanting a 5 star service and hotel experience.

This is one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. The staff here were so friendly and welcoming. The dome was clean, modern, and very comfortable. They care about the details like a cooler, tote bag, umbrella for the beach. Cold water available all day helped make the stay comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Loved the private deck area.

This is one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The beach is completely private and the entire property is absolutely gorgeous. The onsite menu is huge but everything was great, from the ceviche to quesadillas to steak to omelette. What really set this property apart was the owner, Rosa. She communicated with me before my stay and answered all my questions. Then, when my flight got changed last minute, she helped rebook the driver to come take me to the airport at 3am! She really goes above and beyond and it comes through in how every detail is taken care of at the property.
