1. Convenient parking to hotel 2. Maintenance and upkeep of rooms was perfect. No chipped surfaces or old paint. Neat and tidy. 3. Staff were very courteous and helpful. 4. Beds were a lot softer than many hotels in Thailand.

It’s old, dated and looks like it’s set in an industrial wasteland. Poor signage also led me to the back of the building, not the front. The day I went the lifts were both out of action so I had to carry my bags up 4 flights of stairs (32 stairs) even though my room was on the 2nd floor. The small room had no kettle, tea or coffee. (The lovely ladies at reception agreed to lend me a kettle - it was broken! Then they gave me one that worked. I bought my own tea/coffee.). This whole place gave me the impression of having been abandoned decades ago and just rediscovered.

Location is good, room is pretty quiet, staff is super nice, the manager especially, hope he gets a fat raise, he's the only one who's fluent in English. Would book again if ever.

Very short drive from Cambodia-Thailand border, New opening Boutique Hotel in town with friendly staff and helpful with great location. The bedroom is very large and comfortable with good air condition, my room weather is great. They serve a la carte breakfast, you can choice Asian either Western cuisines. Please do not forget to try and relax at their sky bar to enjoy the view of Poipet town, thanks to the staff who made my family trip full of fun and joyful.
