My husband, son and I were visiting Yuanlin to attend a performance of Shen Yun. Kindness Hotel was the absolute perfect choice for us. We wished we could have stayed longer. Everything exceeded expectations. We got in late at night and were happily surprised that staff were on hand to help us. Their level of customer service was exceptional. To stay in a hotel where they had tea/coffee, ice cream and cookies 24 hours a day was beyond amazing! We were hoping to stay another night but when we checked they were full for the weekend and we could understand why. The staff were very kind to us. They agreed to keep our bags while we attended the performance which was a big deal. They also helped us call a cab to get from their hotel to the performance hall and provided a written note to give to the driver. We are so impressed, we would stay again. We highly recommend them!

The entire team she led was also highly professional and welcoming. The food was also quite good. Our whole family was very satisfied with the three-day, two-night stay.”

Hotel is near Changhua HSR and we choose this location as we need to return the rental car at this station before heading to Taipei. The location served our purpose but this hotel is in the middle of nowhere. The room is big and comfortable. Parking is on site and easy to access from main road.

We are riding the Taiwan bicycle route and this motel was good about storing our bicycle. The staff was fun to visit with and the room was very comfortable. The bed was good, the room quite, the air conditioning worked, the water hot.

Very helpful staff. Nice rooms. Good location, fair price

The staff was very kind; we did have to use Google translate a bit, but they went out of their way to make sure I was happy. I arrived by bike and they also stored my bike in the lobby with no issues. The man at the desk when I arrived even showed me to my room! The location is great; it is near the train station, and right down the street from plenty of food options, and a convenience store! Breakfast came with the rate, although it was pretty basic.

I was really happy with my stay here. It was a great budget hotel - simple, clean, basic, had everything I needed. I had space to park my bicycle. The staff do not speak English but they were very nice and accomodating. My room was clean and did not have any smell of cigarettes like one of the reviews mentioned. Also, the location was so convenient. It was easy to bring my bike inside the elevator, and there are lots of restaurants nearby. The vegetarian place next door was great and it even had an English menu. I was very happy with my stay here!

It’s a very nice hotel I enjoyed my 7days stay. Staff is very friendly and service is very good. Will come back again.
