"Fun area to explore need to rent a scooter or car to see more the national park is beautiful, and a lot of nice beaches.Only downside in Kenting is night market opens around 6:00 pm and almost nothing going on during the day, so don’t expect lunch or an afternoon cocktail. Night market is loud with boom boxes at a lot of drink stands competing for business, but food is good and friendly people. English is spoken well by a lot of people."

Right on the beach. Great spot for surfing for beginners or kids. There is a surf shop next door where you can rent boards for $400 NT for half a day. Restaurant is excellent, so definitely make reservations there. Breakfast was excellent and huge (4 courses). This is the best spot for casual family surf trip that I have found. We went in June and the beach was not crowded, though I do recommend going in the am and late afternoon because it is HOT!

The location and hotel are beautiful. We especially loved the swimming pool and the ocean view from our balcony. Everyone at the hotel was so friendly and it was easy to get around using the hotel shuttle bus. In comparison to other places we have stayed in Taiwan we appreciated the effort the hotel goes to be more sustainable, there is fresh water available but no plastic single use bottles and there are reusable coffee pods.

the Pool.......love the pool. it is one of the main reasons we come to Swan Lake. It is shaded and clean. But also love the rooms, very comfortable, beds are great. We feel so relaxed when we come. We like the villa feel, with the pond, walking around, the ducks, etc.

Place is very nice. We got upgraded, so it was nice surprise. Very nice comfortable room. Breakfast is very cool: there were seven different options to choose, and it was served like in a fancy restaurant and outdoor.

Lovely beach town , not crowded when we were there ( low season , not a holiday weekend- I hear the crowds can be big during holidays ) . Easy to reach by local bus from neighboring Kenting ,
Not a lot of eating choices other than 7-11 for a cute beach town.
Another beach Baishawan one can reach via bus (number 102) —- that beach was Gorgeous , clean , great for swimming , quiet and a real treat!

A great variety of scenery and experiences - ocean, beaches, hustle and bustle of the main street, the windy roads that go up the mountains and the wonderful views from the mountains. There is also a fabulous National forest recreational area and above it, the Sheding park is equally wonderful with interesting paths and scenery.

Great place to relax. there's plenty of national parks nearby to explore and marvel in the wonders of nature. the small town has a night market and there's plenty of restaurants and hotels nearby. Everything you could possibly need for some time at the beach to chill.
