Excellent location near the train station and very easy to find. Staff was very accommodating and was able to arrange early check- in otherwise we would have checked our luggage in early which was an option. The breakfast buffet is delicious!

I had a very comfortable stay here and I loved the location. It was very close to the MRT station and it was easy and quick to get to Pier 22 and the ferry terminal for the ferry to Cijin Island. There was a great night market only a short walk away. I also appreciated the coin laundry machines that they had available for use in the basement.

The breakfast on the 9th floor is fabulous. There are plenty of options to satisfy all, from decadent to healthy options, from Asia to the west; I have never been more proud of being Taiwanese whenever I get to enjoy a hotel buffet in Taiwan; even more so when I get to watch the look of wonder in foreign guests' faces.

They offer free breakfast, free dinner buffet and all you can eat ice cream and coffee making them an incredible value. The rooms were very clean and updated and the staff was very helpful and kind. We stayed at the location closest to the pier which was great for walking to attractions. Would definitely recommend.

EVERYTHING!!! The free supper, breakfast and 24 hr ice cream and drinks. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was first class with a bidet toilet, bathtub and shower jets. I would stay at Kindness Hotel every time if I had the opportunity. Very good value for the price!

Nice and helpful staffs, they always take care the guess. In my room,there is bed guard to protect small kid fall down (just ask the staff anf they will help. The kids also enjoyed the lounge on 2nd floor a lot.

The location was perfect, it was right in front of Dagang bridge and you can simply take a stroll to the harbor area. Across from it was the warehouse with different shops. The breakfast was good and decent. The room was excellent as it has a night time harbor view.

Location, and you get everything you need by the hotel or its immediate surroundings. Close to MRT and breakfast spots. Room is clean, lots of power outlets, good AC, and a good shower.

They are very kind. Nice bathrooms with Panasonic Washlets. Cool shower options. Breakfast buffets is good has wonderful vegetarian fare.I’m not a vegetarian but that’s how good it really is.

I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional cleanliness of this budget hotel; it far exceeded my expectations. The inclusion of breakfast added significant value to my stay. Additionally, the housekeeping staff on my floor were notably friendly, enhancing the overall experience.

LGBTQIA friendly, and the staff were generally very nice and helped me find a place to buy a SIM card by printing out a map with directions.

Breakfast was amazing and free, extremely delicious and better than 99% of hotels I've been to. Great variety. They also had small bites to eat and delicious drinks at almost all hours. Room and bathroom were clean and stylish and not cramped. There was even a small mini fridge. Right next to Kaohsiung station which is convenient to get to from the airport and Tainan. Very close and walkable to Liouhe night market

All the amenities. Great staff. Huge choice in Western & local cuisine for breakfast. Delicious dinners. Comfortable beds.

A great place for a short stay in Kaohsiung - there is everything you may need plus the breakfast is fantastic - we DO recommend this place to everybody
