Clean and staffs are very friendly and polite.

Although not close to the train station, it was still easily reachable. And the view of the ocean made up for the short drive. There were plenty of restaurants, coastal walkways and a park or two which made going out for a walk or looking for food an easy choice.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. The staff were very friendly and kind. The hotel offers free snacks all day and they even lend bikes for free. The best value for money hotel in Hualien. Thank you soo much we loved it 🙏🏻

The location was close to the stations. The hotel is elegant with nice staff. Our room was very spacious, nice view from the 13 th floor. We were happy with everything. I was in love with our duvet, it was so soft, light and warm, best ever. I had nothing to complain about.

Large bedrooms, amazing bathtub, the swimming pool is a dream!! It’s a large property, close to the beach, with a large garden. The morning buffet was divine!! Absolutely delicious, so many options!

This is a great hotel and the staff are very friendly and polite and helpful, it even had a free shuttle that take you to the train station

It has free bike to use which was a bonus that we can cycle to a further distance. I also like the milk tea and cookies and snacks plus cup noodles for the guests to help themselves.

Room and toilet was clean as expected. Staff was professional and managed to get a taxi for me promptly when I was rushing to the train station.

The location was great, right near the main station. Was also a cheap uber to the local market, but also very walkable down there as well.

Everything is squeaky clean, and the staff are always smiling and welcoming. When I asked for an iron, it was brought to me immediately. The hotel is also making a genuine effort to follow sustainable, eco-friendly practices. This isn’t my first stay here, and it’s exactly for these reasons that I keep coming back.
