We loved St. Louis, especially my husband.

We loved St. Louis, especially my husband. We loved the Over/Under bar and grill for food, which was close to our hotel. It was easy to get around and drive in - my husband hates driving in cities and had no trouble here. We went to the St. Louis Zoo twice and loved the Butterfly House. The Lone Elk Park was a highlight (pleeeease stop feeding the raccoons, though) and also free! We did a ferry, which I wasn't a huge fan of, probably because it was packed and sooo hot, but the Arch is definitely worth the ride to the top. In a previous visit, we stayed at the Union Hotel which I recommend! Or just walk around it! We stayed at the Embassy Suites the second time and it was great, too. The Aquarium was a wonderful place for hands-on, but pretty pricy for its size. Its probably only worth it cost-wise if you're doing all the other things like the rides, which we were not interested in. We also traveled to St. Charles to get some small-town shopping. It was a fun trip!

The hotel is very clean. Bed was very comfortable. There is no carpets in the room and that is great, no dust in the room for people allergic on dust like me this is very important. I wish that breakfast was better with more options for bread.

The choices for dining locations were varied by menu and price, one is not left wanting an enjoyable experience. Shopping choices in the valley are wide. If one likes golf there is a great driving range to get warmed up.

We stayed here to visit family.

We stayed here to visit family. So didn’t see much of the area besides the aquarium in downtown St. Louis which was awesome. We ate at the restaurant right next door which was a BBQ place. Very good food.

I used to live there.

I used to live there. I picked this hotel because I stayed there before. Fenton is fine. Close to many things. I had a biopsy the next day at St luke's and arrived the night before as it was early. 15 minute drive. That was great. Hotel not so much

Great area to stay when visiting St. Louis! Very safe area. Nice, clean area with multiple beautiful churches/fountains and tall office buildings. Close to Forest Park and easy drive to downtown and shopping areas while still feeling like a quiet city neighborhood.

Brentwood is a great area and has tons of great restaurants, bars, groceries and shopping. It's not only a very convenient location to get to and from the airport, but the freeways are right there so one can get anywhere you need to pretty easily. Easy access to the zoo and downtown as well.

The mattress was hard and there was no elevator you had to take the stairs no breakfast you could tell it needed updating and the shuttle stops at 11 pm at night that's when our plane got back into St Louis airport so we had to find another way back thank God for the taxi service they were very nice to help

St. Louis has something for everyone, young and old and in-between! We have visited many times, and continue to love returning. This time, we could only stay for two days, which wasn't enough time to explore everything this city has to offer. The Basilica alone is worth the trip -- it rivals any in Europe for its beautiful mosaics! The zoo, art gallery, botanical gardens, brewery, and the best baseball in the country are just a few of the things to do and see in St. Louis!
