The room was decorated beautifully. It also had some card games, short stories to read and a lot of fun stuff. The attention to detail was great. The host is innovative, creative and very friendly. The room was so cozy. I would definitely stay there again if I visited the area.

Our stay at this bed and breakfast was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the most kind and thoughtful hosts, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Their warmth and hospitality made us feel truly at home. The property itself is a hidden gem—calm, serene, and beautifully nestled in nature. Staying here felt like living in a charming little cottage in the woods, offering the perfect escape from the bustle of daily life. The entire property was impeccably maintained, with every detail thoughtfully attended to, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The attention to detail was remarkable, with thoughtful touches throughout the space, including helpful notes left by the hosts to guide guests seamlessly through their stay. Every aspect of our visit reflected the care and dedication of the hosts, making this an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend this bed and breakfast to anyone seeking a peaceful retreat with exceptional hospitality in a beautifully kept setting.

I saw some mixed reveiws on this place, and I was surprised because the location is great! It is right next to the entrance of Mt. Rainier. We stayed in a premium cottage and the rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. We may have stayed in a newer cottage, but either way, we were very happy with our stay.

The weather wasn't on our side, so we missed out on much at Mt. Ranier, but even in rain/snow/colder weather, the area in the fall was not to be missed! It's a beautiful part of our country.

I have been there several times, but this time, my wife had passed away and this was her "Heaven Bound Anniversary." I had her urn with me, and I completed a promise I made her to return Morton, Randle, Packwood and the campgrounds we were Camp Hosts at (Bud Allen-Cowlitz Falls, and La Wis Wis Campground, US Forest Service campground. I had an amazing time at both places.

Ashford is barely a town, 1 gas station, a general store from 1905 (seriously), and a handful of restaurants. It's beautiful but remote and about an hour's drive from other conveniences. But a great base for Mt. Ranier National Park.

It was a good location for Mt Rainier.

It was a good location for Mt Rainier. We usually stay inside the park but we were unable to on this trip. The staff was friendly and the room was comfortable. The only downside was road noise. There is a restaurant within walking distance that serves from 7 to 5.

What a great little town.

What a great little town. Locals extremely friendly and accommodating. Papa Bear's restaurant was recommended by our host, and it didn't disappoint. Convenient to both Mt Rainier and Mt St Helen's. Walkable little downtown area with restaurants and shops. Would definitely visit again.
