La ubicación es cercana a los parques de Disney y se comparte el shuttle gratis con los otros hoteles de Flamingo Crossings, al ser el segundo hotel del recorrido normalmente vas sentado en el bus del shuttle. Las habitaciones son grandes, limpias y la nuestra estaba arreglada ya con el sofa como cama, según lo había solicitado en la reserva. Tiene todo lo necesario para una estadía comoda. Miquel en el check in fue especialmente amable junto con las otras dos personas que hablan español. Recibí dos botellas de agua y un snack como bienvenida y en mi habitación estaba como bienvenida en los TV mi nombre y dando la bienvenida como miembro de Hilton Honors. Es cerca a un Target, Five Below, Walgreens y Five Guys, lo que resulta conveniente. El desayuno es complementario y un día por mi error, baje media hora tarde; sin embargo, Nina fue muy amable y nos proporcionó algunas cosas para comer. Sin duda, volveré a hospedarme acá cuando vuelva a Orlando.

Where do I start, warning this will be a long review so buckle up. There are just so many great things to mention about this hidden gem. 1.⁠ ⁠The vacation started before we even left our country. We emailed to enquire about any airline staff discount and the level of customer service in the email correspondence got us even more hyped for our week long vacation. 2.⁠ ⁠Arrival and greetings was unlike any other hotel reception. Maya, you are a gem. I honestly do not think these people know how to say "no", if there's a will there's a way and these folks got a lot of will to make your stay magical. 3.⁠ ⁠The property is kept immaculate, the entire hotel is spotless and smells super clean. Upon arrival there was literally a lady shining the floors. Makes you feel like royalty. And there was even someone to take the bags up to your room, yes please. 3.⁠ ⁠The room has a clean, modern, yet homey feel as you enter. The beds are super comfy, and the chairs in the room are as comfortable as they are aesthetic. The toiletry box is presented like a gift and the products are super high quality, had you smelling better than the Macy's perfume section. Thank me later, people will be complementing how nice you smell while you're out and about. Now for all the coffee lovers, there's a Nespresso machine in the room, with complimentary restocking of the pods during your stay, they even have decaffeinated coffee pods! Even the rain shower had us so relaxed we had to remind each other to exit. The smart tv is a really nice touch as well to have access to your own YouTube and Netflix accounts. We utilized this once we were in the room to listen to music and watch movies. 4.⁠ ⁠Housekeeping was super friendly and felt comfortable to have them enter the room to tidy up and replenish the essentials. Shout out to Shab, Luciano, Marcus, Emilio and Danay. You all went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed.

Although the photos don’t really do this place justice, even during peak tourist season the resort felt surprisingly comfortable. The apartments are very spacious, and with three pools and roomy common areas, it never felt crowded. There is also a water park, which is a fantastic attraction for kids. Our children absolutely loved it — and we did too. A tip for families: you can buy groceries at ALDI, and don’t forget marshmallows for making s’mores!

Great hotel , with huge suits , because of mistake of the hotel reservation they gave us 3 room suit instead of 2 and it was huge ! Great apartment with all the things you need , everything ! The room is a little old style but not so bad at all. Great lovation to stay if you going to disney and universal parks (15-20 minutes to both) . The pool is really nice and fun . Very recommended resort !

The room were decent and clean. The tickets to the water park was nice but the pool wasn’t heated enough. It was still kind of cold when we tried going to the water slide part. However, we had to stay in the first pool area because it seemed to be warm. During our stay the weather was very cold as well.

Orlando was excellent for our vacation.

Orlando was excellent for our vacation. My grandkids enjoyed the parks and the food. This is our destination every summer. We enjoyed fun spot America, Applebee's, Dennys, longhorns, aquatica, panda express. The shopping was great especially the malls. The hours of going on the road the traffic wasn't bad.

I love Kissimmee itself but the stretch of 192 is filled with overpriced, dilapidated and run down hotels, motels and resorts, using that term loosely. You want tourists to spend money, don’t put them in garbage. Everything either needs to be torn down or completely cleaned out and overhauled. Kid friendly hotels shouldn’t have caution tape, caution cones and broken equipment everywhere. It’s depressing on a birthday trip to find out ads lied! The best part of my birthday vacation was Downtown Kissimmee ❤️

We drove along the Riverwalk and Historic Sanford.

We drove along the Riverwalk and Historic Sanford. Did not get out of the car because spouse is in wheelchair but looks like a fun and scenic walk. If we'd had more time, we would have checked out the vintage shops on the main street and gotten a meal at one of the cute restaurants on the river.

Jim the front desk person was very nice and helpful. He set a good tone for the duration of our stay. Very welcoming!! They serve Seattles Best Coffee at breakfast. It’s rare for hotels to serve decent coffee so this was a nice treat. The bedroom was nice with all the extras: shampoo/ conditioner etc. Good value for the price we paid!

Nicole at the front desk was very friendly. the manager however on the other hand basically stole from us because we had to have an ambulance take my boyfriend from the hotel. I think it's crazy that because there was a medical emergency that means that we forfeited our deposit that's robbery is what it really is

We had a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was everything we hoped for—comfortable, easy to get to, and had a real "home away from home" feel. The quiet neighborhood was a plus, and the backyard pool was a big hit with the kids. While the location wasn’t super close to parks and activities, the quality of the home and the host's quick, helpful communication more than made up for it. We’d definitely consider staying here again!

To many people who have changed everything that Kissimmee was about & stood for which was orange groves & cattle in the pastures which is now gone the culture has drastically been hijacked by Puerto Ricans which has increased so rapidly in the crime ratings & hit & runs fatalities. This once was a place where you knew everyone & all were friendly always provided thier support for the community. That's is now gone forever. Hope the greedy politians are proud of thierselves for successfully running this once a perfect place to raise a family lil cowboy town into a p.r. shit show

We were happy with everything during our over night stay.

We were happy with everything during our over night stay. Our room was perfect for husband's disability, the folks at the desk were courteous and helpful and the breakfast was five star. Can't think of anything that could have been better- I will definitely stay here again.

The location of lake Mary was beautiful…but like I said the lady at the front desk..she wore glasses..but she was very rude…and her job is to be helpful and hospitaled …she was none of the very disgusting!!!!!!!
