It is in a great location, minutes from the interstate. Parking lot is very well lit up, a necessity when traveling. The entire staff was friendly and very welcoming from the word go. Three room was very spacious and clean, I went with one of the suites for the extra room and the couch. My grandsons had plenty of room to move around. According to my grandsons the best thing about the hotel was the indoor pool. It was well maintained and the area was set up nicely. Enjoyed my stay and I'll definitely stay there again!

Everyone was so nice! Breakfast was really good! Everything was clean and well organized. Not many hotels have a refrigerator and a microwave and that just topped the cake! I will be back to this hotel.

I was on a road trip and had to stop unexpectedly overnight in Shreveport. I booked this hotel last-minute, and was very happy with my decision. The facilities, rooms, and showers were incredibly clean, and the staff was very friendly. I don't know much about Shreveport or the surrounding area, but if you need a cheap, clean place to stay, I highly recommend this hotel!

Old. Old. Old. We tried rooms on the 9th floor, the 14th floor, the and the 17th floor. Every room was moldy and musty. Should have left then, but stayed. Then found out that there was no water in the bathroom sink ! Entire hotel needs renovation. Will never stay here again if you gave me the room for free.

Plenty of stores'.

Plenty of stores'. At the time of this visit to my granddaughter's house in Haughton, the freeway had serious reconstruction in progress to the area of the motel and my son in law was able to lead us to the motel after dark as the exits to the motel were closed for reconstruction. We are very senior citizens.

Has a lot of good restaurants.

Has a lot of good restaurants. My wife and I were in New Orleans last week and went to 2 different seafood restaurants. Have to say we were disappointed in the lack of seasoning of the food. This wasn’t the case in Shreveport. The Oyster Bar & Grill did not disappoint. Spicy but not overly. Plenty of unique places to shop too. You just have to look and ask around for them. We were there for a concert only so didn’t get to do any sightseeing.

It is a great property very clean and three or four...

It is a great property very clean and three or four different restaurants you can eat at. I am not a gambler, but my dad is in the hospital so I booked this through booking.com because it was a great price for a very nice property secured parking swimming pool I miss just a great deal and close to the hospital .I’m very happy with this property.

There wasn't much to do in Shreveport other than the casinos...

There wasn't much to do in Shreveport other than the casinos. We did visit the aquarium. It wasn't how advertised and paying $5 for a wand to activate 4 things was bummer. Staff wasn't really friendly. One person pushed us out of the way to move a ladder to one of the tanks we were observing. The place was basically empty and it was unrealistic how rude they were or not allow us to explore.

Food shopping and the aquarium really nice.

Food shopping and the aquarium really nice. Went to the horse races and Bally's for a little gambling. Didn't win but was fun. If you like to garage sale Bossier has lots of nice neighborhoods. Maneuvering around Bossier was easy if you are familiar with the city. Lots of construction on I-20 but managed to stay off of it as we entered on Hwy 80. Wish there was more live music that wasn't in a bar.
