I am Absolutly positive, when I say Trina from your restaurant is the reason I choose to stay with you. Her positive attitude is infectious, the food is always of great quality. Everything is always clean. When I leave, I feel as if I am leaving home.

Well it was so clean and the staff was wonderful they even gave me a place to call to have someone watch my dog cuz he could not stay cuz he's not a service dog yet but soon he will be.. it was very quite and comfortable my wife loved the beds

The staff was wonderful. Very helpful and nice. I'm not sure who greeted us on Tuesday, but he was great. Dinner was very good on Tuesday nite drinks in the Cellar Bar with Elly were fun, and Thursday breakfast fantastic.

The rooms in the main building (Hayward) are large and comfortable. The hotel has a new bar/lounge and a new "canteen" in the lobby with many great items. Its location cannot be beaten.

We arrived 2 hours early and extremely jetlagged and when I asked if there was any way to get into our room a little early, we were upgraded to a suite. We had been traveling for almost 20 hours at that point and had another 30 hours more to go to get to our home in Chile. So the upgrade allowed us to rest before the next leg of the trip. We had turned in our rental car so the snacks were a lifesaver and not expensive, we were able to warm up wraps in the microwave and have something decent to eat since walking to a restaurant was a bit far. The staff were so kind to put us into an upgraded room with a sofa to sit on rather than just the bed. And since we were so tired, and needed to check out at 3am the next day, the extra 2 hours in the room really helped us relax and rest and made us so happy.

Close to the I-5 but not noisy, staff were great, updated rooms, great price point, very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again and will check out others in the same chain.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good for American hot breakfast. Room had everything I needed, which is a coffee pot and an iron.

For a hotel of this price point, the free breakfast was just fine. No eggs, but always warm sausage and potatoes, plus make-your-own waffles, yogurt, fruit, pastries, juices. Better than it had to be, really. The front desk was particularly friendly and helpful, made it feel a little more like home.
