We have been in Vietnam multiple times. And this time for 3 weeks. And this place hands down is the best place we have stayed. It is incredible. Welcoming and helpful staff. Secure underground parking. Clean spacious interior. The room was amazing, clean and comfortable. The bed was soft and lovely. Breakfast was great and served up all the regular Vietnamese foods you might want. My favorite part of all was the rooftop. It was awesome. Billiards and game room, full rock climbing wall, infinity pool, sauna and steam rooms( although we didnt get to use the sauna area so don't know if they work) and lastly a lovely rooftop cocktail bar to watch the sunset.

We had a great time! The place is nicely tucked away from the noise and crowds, perfect for relaxing in nature. There are two types of accommodations – bungalows and glamping-style tents, both thoughtfully designed. We stayed in the tent, which had air conditioning, a private toilet, and a shower – very comfortable and exceeded our expectations. The current Booking.com score doesn’t fully reflect the quality and charm of the place. It definitely deserves a higher rating based on the facilities and overall experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking to disconnect and enjoy a quiet, cozy getaway.

HVing stayed at the "Luxury" hotel in Daklak I find that Elephants is the much better option. The property is well-maintained staff are very friendly and the breakfast buffet is quite good. The rooms are modern with good amenities.like safe and mini fridge. Lots of food within walking distance as well as the town market. Even the decoration inside is phenomenal showing local art of the Ede people

A highland city in an area which grows coffee beans, cashews and durian fruit. There are a number of attractions such as The World Coffee Centre, a local museum, and the Dray Nur waterfall park. It is easy to get around the city as there are plenty of Grab vehicles and private drivers with whom you can negotiate trips and sight seeing tours. There are many nice Vietnamese resturants for you to explore. The 3 days we spent here, and is probably the right amount of time needed for a visit. Accommodation varies a lot in value and services so it is worth while to spend a little time researching your options.

After 20 years, coming back here feels very different.

After 20 years, coming back here feels very different. So many things have changed. Dray Sap and Dray Nur waterfalls don’t look as beautiful as before. They were more natural and impressive in the past. But the center of Buon Ma Thuot is much more developed now. It’s easy to find anything you need—food, drinks, shops, or services. One surprise is the food prices. They are not cheap anymore, especially in busy areas!

Everything is very remote and you definitely need a rental...

Everything is very remote and you definitely need a rental car or scooter. Public busses are not reliable and with Grab everything is still kinda pricey. Supposedly Buon ma Thuot is great for coffee but every coffee we had was worse than the one before. Yok Don seems to be a ripoff so do not come here for that.
