Good air conditioner, TV with YouTube channel, view to the swimming pool, helpful and courteous staff, elevator available, onsite restaurant, no smoking smell in the room (except when guests from other rooms illegally and let their door open), basic free breakfast. Good location for guests with private means of transportation to explore the area.

The staff were extremely helpful. Arranged a taxi to help us visit sites of interest at a very reasonable price and suggested where to stop. The rooms are modern and clean but no window and rather small. We only stayed 1 night and the hotel agreed to cancel payment for the 2nd night as we preferred to drive to Sapa. The rooms did not include breakfast.
