The facility was very clean and good size.Building is located close to many places. Owners are very nice and speak English well. Is located down a quiet alley way no problem with noise. Not a problem but to mention as many hotels in Vietnam don’t have an elevator. With backpack okay but roller might slow you down. Having said that stairs are very wide and there are landings . So not difficult. Enjoy ps be sure to contact before arrival for door/ lock box codes
