This place is an absolute gem. I don’t hand out 10/10 reviews lightly — in fact, this is the first time I’ve ever felt a place genuinely deserved it. If there was an 11/10 option, this would be it. The attention to detail here is on another level. The unit is incredibly well kitted out with absolutely everything you could need, and then somehow even more. You can immediately tell that a huge amount of thought has gone into making guests feel comfortable, relaxed, and completely at home. One of the standout features for me was the incredible braai and entertainment area complete with an oven setup — perfect for winding down after a long day. Whether you’re travelling for business, passing through, or staying in Secunda for a longer trip, this place fits perfectly. What really blew me away was the level of service. The place is serviced daily, kept spotless, and they even do your laundry for you — something you almost never find unless you’re staying somewhere ultra-premium. It completely changes the experience because everything just feels effortless. The combination of comfort, hospitality, cleanliness, and convenience makes this one of the best stays I’ve had anywhere. It’s rare to find a place that genuinely exceeds expectations in every category, but this one absolutely does. If you’re travelling to Secunda for any reason at all, stop looking — this is the place you want to stay.

And the host was incredibly kind and supportive; she took an interest in my run, encouraged me, surprised me with a Valentine’s Day treat, and even allowed a 2-hour late check-out.
