The roads are well kept and there is more development, OTHERS ARE TREACHEROUS, so be careful, no speeding, just enjoy the beauty around. just plan carefully so that whichever route you choose bcs there are many options, you are not caught up in traffic and rushing."

The game drive and the quad rides were amazing!!! Our guide Vuzi was amazing, we learned so much from him! He is the best! For all of our food and dining needs we were met with the utmost satisfaction Emmanuel, John and Ayanda took care of us for most of our stay. The rest of the staff was so awesome and kinda! They took the best care of us. Thank you so much 26 degrees!!

It was the perfect place to stay after 30 hours between flight and layover! The place is serene, clean, comfortable and has everything so that as a first day in South Africa was pretty convenient. The restaurant food was good and the cherry on top was the amazing massage at the spa!

The rooms was HUGE! and the fire place came in very handy during the cold winter nights. The bed was AMAZING. The breakfast is not to be missed! The staff was very helpful when my wife's shoe broke 10 minute before the wedding, shoe was glued and fixed by maintenance within 5 minute.....and it is still holding.

Unfortunately, the breakfast was not as advertised, and 80% of the time, there was no one at the reception. While I was showering, the tabs electrocuted me. No dinner cause they ran out of supplies and had to eat breakfast for dinner and made me pay the full price while providing half of the advertised on the menu

The food served was nothing short of exceptional, offering a wide variety for both breakfast and dinner. One of the highlights of our stay was the game drive led by Luvmore. His expertise and passion for wildlife truly enhanced our experience. We were fortunate to witness incredible sightings during our time with him.

The breakfast was fantastic every morning and on time, we never had to wait for anything at all. Was really a wonderful experience and i would recommend Honey Bee Guesthouse to anyone who is looking for affordable accommodation. We had aircons in our rooms, and a fridge, and our own bathrooms with a shower and a bath. Definitely worth the money.

I've always liked Harties.

I've always liked Harties. It's a great short hop frm Jhb to peace n much needed rest as a getaway place. I could've just slept my time away there but there's plenty to do like the spas and pampering I enjoyed nearby. That hyacinth growing on the water was a great turn -off but made me aware of the responsibility we have towards nature.

Honestly the place have a long way to improve, poor rooms no luxury at all doors dont lock , restaurant dont have the displayed menu breakfast same menu till check out, wifi offline from checkin to check out so disapointed took my wife for a birthday , swimming pool not working after buying swim wear disappointing , the manager is a barman who will tell you hes busy when asked to talk to , only good consistent thing is room service,place lacks proper management and proper renovations am sad

Perfect location to attend a wedding in that area.

Perfect location to attend a wedding in that area. Very comfortable beds, we slept very well. The kitchen area is well equipped. No WiFi though but it was nice to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

It is a good place for a vacation and the atmosphere is just perfect. Every entertainment is just a few kilometres away. View of the dam boat cruise cable wire the restaurant at the mountain top. It was amazing

I enjoyed the games, breakfast was good excluding juice. The rooms was clean but there were no tea or coffee items in the rooms. They need to clean the other premises there’s too much dust. They need to fix their showers when you bath it becomes wet every where in the room. Their staff need customer service training, they are trying but they are failing there and there

We found the place very dirty, fridge,floor,braai stand,bins full of rubbish,the staff drunk. We had to drive go fetch one of their staff from the shebeen to come help us switching the generator which didn’t have diesel, waited again for another one to bring the diesel. It was just a disaster and disappointment Shem. Our guys ended up helping the drunk so called caretaker to fill the generator with diesel through the roof because they didn’t have the door keys were the generator is kept. Hartebeespoort is great but this resort is was non existent. Nobody to receive us or open the doors. Phoned 3 x times and no response. Had to scramble to find alternative accommodation. Please refund me.
