Dirty & Dusty city. Infrastructure terribly horrible for a era we are living in. It doesn't carry the Face of a (Capital)City. Zambians in the city (esp Youth) looked desperate, anger, frustrated, anxious, displaced, hopeless, disillusioned and are Poor in Body and Soul. Lusaka-city centre (except Eastern Park Mall)gave a Picture of an Undeveloped, Neglected and Unattractive to attract Tourists. Majority living abject poverty at the expense of the Few, Elite who are politically and economically connected.

This is a remote place to come and experience the African bush and fishing if that's your thing. The lodges provide as much comfort as they can, but remember this is the African bush not your own front room !

Lusaka is a peaceful city ,i didn't see any form of violence.Zambians in Lusaka are friendly and i enjoy their company.Given the chance i will be back in Lusaka soon.l like to eat at food restraurant called Hungry Lion.Lusaka is very easy to get around

Getting around Lusaka is manageable, but it depends on how you move: Ride‑hailing apps (Ulendo, Yango, ZamRide) make life much easier — reliable and affordable. Taxis are everywhere, though you negotiate prices. Traffic can get heavy during peak hours, especially around Cairo Road and major malls. Walking is possible in certain areas, but the city is generally more car‑oriented.
