Reception was very friendly and accommodating to my group of 10 and our trip leader and driver. The hotel was in a quiet and safe location within walking to shopping. The room were clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and kind.

My overall stay was good. The staff were amazing at every turn even to remembering my tea order in morning and how I like it. I did not use the facilities much except for the dining room and lounge...

I loved the location. The East Park mall was right there. The staff was super friendly and made sure to accommodate anything I needed.

The rooms were clean and the staff were kind and helpful. No issues with check-in or checkout. Breakfast was included and good. Some items could be kept warmer. We had dinner 2 nights and the meals were excellent. Only issue for us was the lack of an elevator but ground floor rooms were available.

The airport shuttle was punctual. The staff were very friendly and professional doing their best to help guests enjoy their stay. The room was spacious and had all the needed elements of convenience [complimentary toiletries, water bottles, kettle and an assortment of beverages (tea, coffee, and herbal teas), and a perfect wardrobe with a safe and an ironing set]. The complimentary breakfast included both national and international items to accommodate different tastes. The location of the hotel is very convenient with two malls within a walking distance.
