I absolutely loved my stay at the Crowne Plaza! The location was ideal, and the rooms were wonderful. A huge plus for me was the great shower – plenty of hot water and excellent pressure, which are my top two must-haves! And to top it off, the breakfast was delicious and the staff were incredibly helpful.

I love how attentive staff in general.was. clean rooms, good choice in the breakfast..

By luck I was put in a corner room under a Heron nesting tree. The birds were incredible

We had a big flight delay and it was no problem for the hotel to change our stay dates. They also helped us with getting bus tickets.

Clean rooms nice with a lot of space overlooking the ocean. I enjoyed my stay the food was amazing and nice staff from the parking garage to the hotel lobby staff was a nice experience.

I booked literally last minute, due to an issue with an apartment I had rented. I arrived ten minutes after booking online, and the staff was so kind and welcoming. I asked if I could leave my bags until check-in time, but instead, they immediately got me settled into a room. The room was spacious, and had huge windows, so it was very bright. The bed was comfy, and there was a little table w perfect for working online. The internet was strong and stable as well. its located very close to the airport, it was very quiet at night, and I slept like a rock. The location also allows you to walk anywhere in the city. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks again to the wonderful staff!

Breakfast was outstanding - different each day Gym is phenomenal - excellent variety of equipment for any time of training you need. Dry and wet sauna included

I was afforded an early check-in at 5am! Not many accommodation establishments allow that. Very friendly receptionists The pool area was just the place to chill at in the heat of Dar...

It’s still very new which is why the stay was amazing. Everything is still intact rooms are super clean with perfect lighting.

Staff were super helpful. Joyce was so very kind. We left luggage while we were in Zanzibar. The porter walked us to the ferry to buy tickets. The room was quite large.

The hotel is very central and makes going anywhere easy. The room coms with a microwave, plates and cutlery, a fridge and a safe. The staff are amazing. They go so far over and above to make sure your stay is perfect. From every level they are helpful, courteous and professional.
